Like a mother gathering her child, it gathers back, enters from one's own mouth, and the body is filled with Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) without beginning or end, the body dissolves into the form of Hūṃ. The bodies that transform into the shape of the letter Hūṃ are countless, like particles in the earth's realm. Like an assembly, visualize countless Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) letters manifesting from your illusory body. Chant the Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) song and practice the skill of visualization. Finally, gather all the Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) letters into one, abandon the elaborations of visualization, focus awareness on the root Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), and rest for a moment. Then, that Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) letter also gradually gathers from below, like a rainbow dissolving into the sky. Manifest the uncontrived state of Dharmadhatu and rest in it. The purpose of this is: by expanding outward in this way, attachment to objects is reversed, and one arrives at the true nature of the non-inherent existence of object appearances. By expanding inward on one's own body, the impurities of the body are purified in their own place, becoming the cause for liberation into an uncontaminated body. Secondly, practicing the skill, there is outer and inner. First, practicing the skill on outer appearances is indicated by "Then the outer, etc., cut out and spoken." Then, in practicing the skill on outer appearances, all things that appear as the forms of the outer world, such as earth, stones, mountains, rocks, plants, forests, etc., all appear as tangible forms. All of these are as a play of emptiness without true existence, destroying and practicing the great skill in the indivisible space. From one's own heart, a dark blue, blazing Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) letter, about the size of a cubit, sharp, swift, and powerful. Imagine that it has the power to turn even Mount Meru into ashes, passing through your own mouth and radiating outward like sparks. First, for all the tangible things in front of you, such as earth, stones, mountains, rocks, and external appearances of houses, imagine that it falls like a thunderbolt of meteoric iron, gradually piercing all the realms of appearance from outside to inside, from top to bottom, and turning them into nothingness. Furthermore, for all the tangible objects composed of the outer four elements, such as earth, stones, mountains, and rocks, which are pervaded by mind and appearance, and for Mount Meru, plains, wealth, and implements, which have become the objects of the six senses. In short, all things

May the form of the earth element be accomplished. Everything is pierced through outwardly, inwardly, and thoroughly, practicing diligently in the realm of emptiness where nothing exists. May all phenomena and existence, the container and its contents, pervade the realm of awareness-emptiness, free from elaboration. Thinking of being as vast as the nature of the sky, with clear and sharp focus, pronounce the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) strongly and decisively, and repeat it again and again. Then, practicing on one's own body, as it is taught by "Again on one's own, etc., contemplate the aggregates," again practicing on one's own body. Remaining in one's ordinary state, those Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) that emanate outward gradually gather inward. From the tip of the hair on the head down to the tip of the toes, the entire body, inside, outside, and in between, is filled with Hūṃs The entire body is pierced through outwardly, inwardly, and thoroughly, without even the tip of a needle remaining, pierced like a sieve, and strive to contemplate the body dissolving into fine particles. Finally, contemplate one's own body as an empty form, a mass of light, and when pronouncing the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) sound strongly and decisively, the body involuntarily jumps, or swells and the flesh bursts, etc., know that these are signs of practice. Thus, by practicing on external appearances, one sees appearances as illusions and understands that all containers and contents are not truly established as real entities. On one's own body, By practicing, temporarily diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles are pacified, and ultimately the body ripens into a light body, and ultimately the bodies of the victorious ones are liberated inseparably from the vajra. The third is kneading and searching, from "Then kneading and searching, etc., gather in the heart," then kneading and searching, one sits comfortably in a comfortable place, sitting cross-legged. Plant a straight, unbent branch in front. Entrust awareness to it, and contemplate the essence of wind and mind combined in one's own heart, as a blue-black Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable written with a brush, clear, radiant, and full of light, then focus and strive diligently. Then, from that Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in one's own heart, just as sparks arise from fire, countless blue-black Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllables, connected by a web of light of their own color like a chain, emerge sequentially from one's own mouth, and at the same time as reaching the branch in front, the object of focus.
