Numerous etc., practice practice, as shown up to this point. Here, in order to reverse the attachment to the activities of the three doors that generate all the karma and imprints of oneself and others, and to stop them later, the way to practice the instructions is: Here, from the beginningless time of countless lifetimes of samsara until now, due to the accumulation of bad karma and the power of bad imprints, the root ignorance and the five poisons of disturbing emotions are mistaken for the power of the three poisons, all the sufferings of the three lower realms that are experienced and will be experienced are now, just like a dream that disappears into the sky when sleep is forcibly awakened. Purify all the sufferings that are experienced and will be experienced, and strive to enable oneself and all other sentient beings to reach the state of omniscience in an instant. Praying like this, and accompanied by the generation of bodhicitta. Think about the body postures, speech expressions, mental thoughts, and ways of experiencing suffering of each of the six realms, namely: the suffering of heat and cold in hell, the suffering of hunger and thirst of hungry ghosts, the suffering of being used by animals, etc., and think about the body postures and speech expressions of the three lower realms in order, and the suffering of the mind. Also in the three higher realms, Asuras experience the suffering of fighting, gods experience the suffering of death and falling, humans experience the suffering of birth, old age, sickness and death, and other sufferings of change. In short, take all the thoughts, actions and sufferings of the three higher realms into your own mind, first in ascending order, and then remember their places, the height and lowliness of the land, and all the sufferings that are experienced and will be experienced, and take the suffering into your mind, and the body walks, stays, and shrinks in the postures of the six realms. And, the limbs are stretched out and retracted, and the mouth also speaks various sounds of the postures of the six realms, etc. In short, all kinds of actions and behaviors, and all the behaviors of the six realms are received by the mind, and the body is repeatedly practiced. Again in descending order, gods and asuras and humans and animals, hungry ghosts, and hell

The physical postures and mental suffering of the hell beings, etc., should be repeatedly and thoroughly internalized, just as before. No matter how difficult and tiring the body becomes, cut off the attachment of cherishing it. For the sake of the Dharma, overcome difficulties, willingly endure fatigue, and engage in activities such as jumping and rolling the body. Furthermore, striving to make various gestures is crucial. As stated in the Root Tantra: The body is walking and standing still, twisting and various illusory wheels, extending and contracting limbs, displaying various actions. Manifest with mindful awareness, the forms and behaviors of the six realms. Take them in with the mind and perform them with the body. As stated in the Refutation Treatise: In short, the sounds of the six realms, Think and contemplate in the mind, express with the speech. As it is said, the mouth should also utter "ཀྭི་བསྭོ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) and the various sounds and noises of each of the six realms without any discrimination. The mind should also take all their sufferings into oneself. Forcibly arouse all the thoughts of the five poisons and the three poisons. In short, use all the thoughts of the mind as you please. Furthermore, the body and speech should make the sounds and physical gestures of the six realms, etc., and engage in their respective behaviors. In this way, unknowingly, the three doors become exhausted, the body becomes tired and exhausted, the speech becomes blocked and hoarse, the mind becomes disturbed, and the thread of thoughts is broken. The attachment of the three doors naturally subsides, and the mind becomes aimless. Afterwards, rest in the nature that is free from thought and expression. Thus, all the descriptions of the sufferings of each of the six realms should not be thought of merely as descriptions of situations that exist in other places, but rather this meaning should be internalized and repeatedly practiced in various physical postures. At this time, the body will not have attachment or aversion to hot, cold, hunger, or thirst, the mouth will trust the Guru's instructions, and all the characteristics of the Dharma will naturally become self-evident. Also, the wisdom of emptiness and clarity, uncompounded, will arise in the mind. In particular, one will be able to reach the level of perfecting the practice of the Bardo, and ultimately become the cause of uprooting the cycle of existence from its very foundation. This is the root of samsara. Now, it is finished.
