When all these come together at once, that state of unconscious blankness, like the state of deep sleep and fainting, is the characteristic of the Alaya. And the momentarily clear Alaya consciousness, kept clearly in emptiness, through meditation, the perception of flowing thoughts is blocked, thereby arising a kind of clear-empty dullness. The second is the Dharmakaya: when the essence of the two Alayas does not fall into the state of non-indication but manifests, it is the Dharmakaya Samantabhadra. This is not a material blankness, but self-liberation by keeping the natural state without modification, self-illuminating with great wisdom. The understanding of sound and power is not blocked, it does not cling to objects, and having these characteristics is the cause Dharmakaya. Likewise, this immutable state naturally becomes clear, and in the beginningless and endless essence, it becomes the great pervasiveness of non-duality, the profound manifestation of the great wisdom of knowledge and insight, which is the fruit Dharmakaya in which all the characteristics of enlightenment manifest. The first is: using knowledge as the path in the state of essence; the second is: both are burned by the great fruit and pervade in it. The second is also divided into two: mind and wisdom. The first is: the sound and power of wisdom arise from being obscured by the Alaya. Sound or non-conceptual mind is that in which all appearances and consciousness exist in self-knowledge, and it is the basis of delusion. Power or conceptual mind is knowing and clinging to all actions, learned and unlearned. The second is the manifestation of the essence of mind consciousness, which is great wisdom itself. It is also divided into two: manifest wisdom and the wisdom of the path. The first is: knowing and manifesting the nature of reality, suchness, as it is. The second is: not identifying the indulgence and distraction of knowledge, not modifying it with thought and mind, but keeping the natural state as the path, therefore the essence is emptiness, the nature is clarity, compassion is self-liberation, it does not cling to objects, and understanding is not blocked. Through familiarity with this, words and meanings will naturally emerge, and that is its power. However, if arrogance arises and clings to it, wisdom will diminish and regress from the path, just like being robbed by thieves when about to obtain great wealth. Therefore, when immeasurable qualities naturally emerge, avoid making mistakes.

It is crucial to understand the key to not going astray. Mind is the basis of heart, and it is essential not to make it the path for those who have attachment, transformation, acceptance, rejection, experience, and infatuation. Wisdom is not doing anything at all, because it is the correct path, so it is the main object of knowledge. Third, regarding mind and awareness, first, what is called mind is the nature of samsara, the cause is ignorance, the appearance is illusion, the function is conceptual thought, and the play is conventional truth. If we differentiate it, there are two types: the deluded mind and the mind that seeks the path. The first is the mind of all sentient beings, which has the wheel of delusion. The second is all those who want to enter the correct path and make mind the path. The cause of these is the foundation of samsara, so the result is inevitably in the direction of samsara, so it is conventional truth. The essence of mind (སེམ༷ས,梵文天城体:चित्त,梵文罗马拟音:citta,汉语字面意思:mind) itself, appearing as awareness (རིག་པ༷,梵文天城体:विद्या,梵文罗马拟音:vidyā,汉语字面意思:knowledge), means being controlled by great wisdom. At that time, the basis is also Dharmakaya Dharmakaya), the radiance is wisdom, and the function does not go beyond the play of wisdom, because it is the foundation of the spontaneously accomplished three kayas, so all view and meditation are only transformed into the fruit of omniscience, therefore it is the supreme path, the correct one. Second, there are two types of awareness: the awareness of cause and the awareness of result. The first is that the essence is vast and expansive, free from center and edge, in a natural and uncorrected state, controlled by great wisdom, and the function of radiance does not cease, not allowing the influence of objects and not mixing with objects. Even if a beginner recognizes this, it is easy to forget, because it exists in the gain and loss of easily getting lost, and the subtle grasping efforts of mind and heart exist in the form of habitual tendencies, and there are two occasions for indication. This is only the beginning of entering the path, because there is no firm grasp, so it is only the stage of knowing the path. Through the power of great habituation, there is no opportunity for disorientation in daytime appearances, and it is completely immersed in the state of natural abiding. In dreams, it is not like that, sometimes under the control of the natural state, and sometimes spending time in scattered disorientation, that time is only the stage of attaining the path, so it is the awareness of attaining the path. Furthermore, if through the power of great habituation, in all dreams and daytime appearances, awareness does not change to anything else, but is integrated into emptiness. Time and form
