Even when the feeling of contaminated pleasure arises, it inherently possesses the nature of producing other sufferings in the second moment of its existence. Similarly, when it ceases, as stated in the scriptures, it ceases with the nature or essence of producing another suffering in the second moment of its existence. There is no contradiction between saying that it is pleasure when it arises and saying that only suffering arises here, because the former refers only to the illusion of considering the cause of that suffering as pleasure. In short, although the experience of pleasure arises initially, if one clings to it for a long time and is able to overcome it, then, contrary to the previous experience, one sees the signs of suffering, thus confirming that it is suffering. As stated in the Four Hundred Verses: From pleasure that is increasing, how is reversal seen? Suffering's increase is likewise, there is no possibility of reversal. This means that if one clings excessively to the increasing contaminated pleasure, the pleasure will eventually transform into its opposite state, which is the production of suffering. Similarly, it is impossible to derive pleasure from the increasing contaminated suffering at the end. As stated in the scriptures. Therefore, the feeling of contaminated pleasure is actually the nature of suffering, because when it increases, it manifests as suffering. For example, the feeling of contaminated suffering cannot be transformed into pleasure by increasing. Therefore, if one knows from the beginning that one's friend is a flawed person, then guarding against him will prevent deception, and the flaws will not be a big deal. However, if one does not know his flaws from the beginning and trusts him completely, but in reality he is a deceiver, then there is a risk of endangering one's own life, so it is very scary and frightening. Similarly, compared to the former (the suffering of suffering), the latter (the suffering of pleasure) has greater flaws and dangers and is the source of fear. Moreover, if one can transform the suffering of suffering into the path, as stated in the Bodhisattvacharyavatara: Furthermore, the virtues of suffering are that it causes weariness, removes pride, compassion for sentient beings, abandons evil, and rejoices in virtuous deeds. In one aspect, the suffering of suffering still has virtues. However, the suffering of pleasure is not like that.

Therefore, attachment and other emotions arise, arrogance is dispelled, and faults contrary to those arise, becoming the cause of suffering that cannot be exhausted. The third is pervasive suffering of conditioned existence. The Blessed One said: In short, the five aggregates of grasping are suffering. Similarly, monks, that is also momentary. As it is said, all the aggregates of grasping with outflows and the subtle changes of momentary impermanence are all. Among them, the "outflows" of "with outflows" refer to afflictions, meaning associated with afflictions, and grasping refers to desire and attachment. When one is about to die, thinking that one will be separated from the body, attachment arises that one cannot abandon this body, this is attachment to self. Also, thinking that if one could get a body, one would strive for the next life, this is the accumulation at this time. These two are the cause of the formation of the aggregates of the next life, the former is craving and the latter is grasping. The aggregates arising from these two are called the aggregates of grasping, for example, the fire arising from grass and wood is called the fire of grass and wood. Also, the aggregates with outflows generate the seven causes of the aggregates of grasping and attachment, therefore, that aggregate is also called the aggregates of grasping, because it is the aggregate that generates these two, so it is said, for example, the tree that produces flowers and the tree that produces fruit are called the tree of flowers and the tree of fruit. It is called pervasive suffering of conditioned existence because it is related to the evil destinies or seeds of karma and afflictions, and they exist as if pervading the aggregates themselves, or the aggregates with outflows are not just a part, but completely pervade all places of samsara, and karma and afflictions manifest or arise, so it is called conditioned existence. As it is said in the Commentary on Valid Cognition: Because of causes, it is also suffering. As it is said, because it is dominated by the causes and conditions of karma and afflictions, and dominated by suffering, it is suffering. As it is said: All autonomy is happiness, all dependence is suffering.
