Moreover, Yerton Dharma King himself mainly taught impermanence during the teachings, so I will explain it in a little more detail. The teaching text also says: If you don't have this key point, then no matter what Dharma you practice, the diligence and perseverance of pursuit are like the dew in summer, like the mist in the mountains, like the firelight at night, and cannot last. All the Buddhas of the three times and their retinues initially relied on this method to learn the path, so as to reach the great city of liberation, and they will surely reach it in the future, so this teaching must be regarded as the head of all teachings. All container and sentient realms are the law of destruction, this life is as impermanent as lightning, and goes to the Lord of Death without stopping for a moment, so we must abandon the evil thoughts of permanence like poison. This is also the intermediate verse. The third is to think about the suffering of samsara: In the prison of unbearable and severe suffering, there is no chance of happiness for a moment, the body and mind are extremely weak, and the endless karma is constantly increasing. Please, Lama, save me from the sea of samsara! It is said. Like this, due to the traction of karma, when taking birth in the place of samsara, falling into the three evil realms and suffering unbearable suffering, that is, in the prison of unbearable and severe suffering, just like in hell, Once born, there is no chance of happiness even for a moment or an instant, and the body and mind become very weak. No matter where you are born, there is no chance of eternal happiness. The infinite good and evil karma, those that were accumulated before and not destroyed by the antidote, their power is constantly growing in the self-continuum, and they are constantly newly accumulated, and the great sea of samsara that grows in an increasing way is difficult to liberate. Seeing this fault as it is, one prays to the Lama to be the helmsman of liberation from it. There are two points: all places of samsara cannot escape any of the three sufferings, and separately thinking about the suffering of the six realms of beings. The first point is: The Treatise of the Treasury of Merit says: The six realms of beings, whether high or low, cannot get rid of the suffering of change, pervasive suffering, and the suffering of conditioning. There is no samsara without guarding vows. That is to say, the inferior evil realms and

Even if born in any heaven, one cannot escape any of the three kinds of suffering: the suffering of suffering, the suffering of change, and the all-pervasive suffering of conditioning. Among these, the first, the suffering of suffering, is: when suffering arises in the continuum, it causes torment to body and mind, and even ordinary individuals naturally recognize the nature of suffering and develop the desire to be rid of it, such as the suffering of being tormented by illness. All contaminated painful feelings, and the corresponding consciousnesses that include their objects, are the same. For example, the consciousness of hell beings experiencing suffering in their continuum, and their objects—red-hot iron, weapons, unpleasant sounds, etc.—are all the suffering of suffering. The sutra says, "Painful feeling is painful when it arises, and painful when it remains." This points out the suffering of suffering, which is painful from the beginning of its arising, to its existence in the middle, and ultimately ceases in a painful way. Therefore, it is the worst of the three sufferings, and in relation to the other two sufferings, it is extremely painful, so it is named accordingly, just as describing something very bad as "the bad of the bad." Therefore, it is easy to understand that it is explained as the former suffering not yet being relieved before the latter suffering presses down. Therefore, it should be understood that this is just an example. The second is the suffering of change, such as the pleasure of enjoying desirable qualities that now exists in our continuum, accompanied by desire. Although ordinary individuals themselves do not recognize this as suffering, but rather consider it to be happiness, it will impermanently change and eventually become a source of suffering. For example, when enjoying happiness with relatives and friends, it seems like happiness, but once separated from them, it becomes a source of unbearable suffering. The sutra says, "Happy feeling is happy when it arises, happy when it remains, and painful when it changes." Its literal meaning and meaning are also the same. All contaminated happy feelings, and the corresponding consciousnesses that include their objects, are the suffering of change. For example, the consciousness of heavenly beings in the heavenly realm experiencing happiness in their continuum, and their objects—the wealth of the gods, etc. If we explain its situation in detail, it is happiness when it first arises.

Although it appears that way, in reality, when another suffering gradually ceases, that suffering becomes small, and when another new suffering arises slightly, because it is small, there is no problem. It appears as happiness because the previous suffering is eliminated or stopped, so the thought of happiness arises. But that is not the essence of happiness itself, when it becomes larger and can be clearly felt, It appears as suffering. For example, when walking too much causes suffering, the thought of happiness arises from sitting down, which is the phenomenon of happiness gradually arising as the previous suffering gradually ceases. But that is not its inherent happiness, because if you sit for too long, it will cause suffering again as before. If it were inherently happiness, it should be like the more you rely on the cause of suffering, the more suffering increases, walking, sitting, lying down, eating, drinking, relying on sunlight and shade, etc., the more you rely on them for a long time, the more happiness should increase. But that is not the case, if the time is too long, it will only cause suffering. Similarly, from entering the womb, to the behaviors of walking, sitting, standing, and lying down in the monastery, each should be recognized as suffering. If a meditator observes the nature of those behaviors, if walking is only to pass the time, If there is no other purpose, then he will separately enjoy the suffering of walking, and will separately experience the feelings of intensity, roughness, unbearableness, and unpleasantness. He will not have a feeling of happiness from walking. That is what the sutras say, and it is said the same for other behaviors. Joyful one, however, in order to cut off the suffering of those behaviors, a feeling of happiness arises from the arising of other new sufferings. Joyful one, when arising also, Only this suffering arises, and when ceasing also, only this suffering ceases. When arising also, the action itself arises, and when ceasing also, the action ceases. Walking, sitting, lying down, etc. are also like that, it is explained very clearly. Therefore, the contaminated feeling, happiness, from the moment it arises, its nature is the nature of suffering, so when it arises, it arises like that, and when it ceases, only that nature ceases.
