ནི། མ་ཐོག་རིང་མོ་སྟེ་དེའི་དུས་སུ་བསྐལ་བཟང་གི་སངས་རྒྱས་མཐའ་མ་མོས་པ་འབྱོན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ།། དེ་ལས་ཡ་ཐོག་དང་མ་ཐོག་གཉིས་རྐྱང་པ་དང་། བར་ཁུག་རྣམས་ཟུང་ཡིན་ཀྱང་དེ་རེ་རེ་ནས་ཡུན་ཚོད་མཉམ་པ་ནི་རྐྱང་པའི་སྐབས་འཕེལ་འགྲིབ་བུལ་བ་དང་། གཞན་དག་ཏུ་མྱུར་བས་ཡིན་ནོ །དེ་ལས་ཚེ་ལོ་བཅུ་པའི་སྐབས་ནི་ཇི་ལྟར་ཡིན་ཅེ་ན། མཛོད་ལས། དེ་ནི་ལས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ལྷག་པས། །ཚེ་ཐུང་ལོ་ནི་བཅུ་ཡིན་ནོ །བསྐལ་པ་མཚོན་དང་ནད་དང་ནི། །མུ་གེ་དག་གིས་ཚར་ཕྱིན་ཏོ །ཞེས་གསུངས་ཏེ་མི་དགེ་བའི་ལས་ལམ་ལྷག་པར་སྤྱད་པས་ཚེ་དང་གཟུགས་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྣམས་རིམ་གྱིས་འགྲིབ་སྟེ་ཚེ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཐུང་བ་ལོ་ནི་བཅུ་པར་གྱུར་ཏེ་དེ་ཚེ་བུ་མོ་ནི་ལོ་ལྔ་ནས་བག་མར་གཏོང་། གོས་ཀྱི་མཆོག་ནི་སྐྲའི་ལྭ་བ། ཟས་ཀྱི་མཆོག་ཀོ་ཊ་པ། རྒྱན་གྱི་མཆོག་མཚོན་ཆ། རོ་ལ་ཁ་བ་མིན་པ་ལྔ་དང་མར་ཏིལ་སྦྲང་རྩི་བུ་རམ་ལན་ཚྭ་ལྔ་ཡང་ནུབ་བོ། །དེ་ཚེ་བར་གྱི་བསྐལ་པ་དེ་མཚོན་གྱི་བསྐལ་པ་དང་། ནད་ཀྱི་བསྐལ་པ་དང་། མུ་གེའི་བསྐལ་པ་དག་གིས་ཚར་ཕྱིན་པས་ཟད་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །མཚོན་གྱི་དུས་སུ་བསམ་པ་རྩུབ་པས་མཐོང་ཚད་ལ་སྡང་བའི་གནོད་སེམས དྲག་པོ་སྐྱེས་ཏེ་ཅི་བླང་མཚོན་ཆར་གྱུར་ཏེ་གཅིག་གིས་གཅིག་གསོད་པས་དེར་ཤི་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དམྱལ་བར་སྐྱེའོ། །ནད་ཀྱི་བསྐལ་པ་ནི་མི་དགེ་བ་བྱས་པས་མི་མ་ཡིན་པ་རྣམས་འཁྲུགས་ནས ནད་གདོན་གསོར་མི་རུང་བ་ཕལ་ཆེར་ཏེ་དེས་ཤི་བ་ཡང་དམྱལ་བར་སྐྱེའོ། །མུ་གེ་ནི། ལྷས་ཆར་མ་ཕབ་པས་མུ་གེ་བྱུང་བ་འབྲུ་རེ་ཡོད་པའང་གབ་རྩེར་བཀུང་བ་གབ་རྩེ་བ་དང་། རུས་པ་སྣུམ་དང་བྲལ་བའི་ཁུ་བ་འཐུང་བས་རུས་གོང་དཀར་པོ་དང་། འབྲུ་རེ་ཐུར་མས་ཆུར་དཀྲུགས་ཏེ་འཚོ་བ་ཐུར་མས་འཚོ་བ་རྣམས་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་མཚོན་གྱི་བསྐལ་པ་ནི་ཞག་བདུན ནད་ཀྱི་ཟླ་བ་བདུན། མུ་གེ་ལོ་བདུན་ཟླ་བ་བདུན་ཞག་བདུན་དུ་འབྱུང་ངོ་། །བར་བསྐལ་དེ་དག་ལས་ཐར་བའི་རྒྱུ་ནི་ཉིན་རེ་ཙམ་ཡང་སྲོག་གཅོད་པ་སྤོང་བ་དང་། དགེ་འདུན་ལ་སྨན་དང་ཞལ་ཟས་ ༄༅། །རྣམས་འབུལ་བ་ཡིན་པར་ཁང་བུ་བརྩེགས་པའི་མདོ་ལས་གསུངས་སོ། །དེ་དག་གི་དུས་སུ་གླིང་གཉིས་སུ་གནོད་སེམས་ལྷག་པ་དང་ཁ་དོག་ངན་པ་དང་ཉམ་ཆུང་བ་དང་བཀྲེས་པ་དང་སྐོམ་པ་ཙམ་དུ་འགྱུར་ལ། བྱང་ན་ནི་ཅུང་ཟད་ཙམ་ཡང་མི་འབྱུང་ངོ་། །འཇིག་པའི་བསྐལ་པ་ནི། མཛོད་ལས། འཇིག་པའི་བསྐལ་པ་དམྱལ་བ་ཡི། །སྲིད་པ མེད་ནས་སྣོད་ཟད་པ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་ཏེ་འཇིག་པའི་བསྐལ་པ་ནི་དམྱལ་བའི་སྲི

是。最初的漫长时期，那时贤劫的最后一位佛陀名为“默巴”将会出现。其中，始增劫和始减劫是单独的，中间的劫是成双的，但每一个的时间长度相同，这是因为单独的时候增减缓慢，其他时候迅速。那么，寿命十岁的时候是怎样的呢？《俱舍论》中说：“那是业的道路过剩，寿命短只有十岁。劫末由刀兵、疾病和饥荒终结。”意思是说，由于过度从事不善业，寿命、身体和享受逐渐减少，寿命变得非常短，只有十岁，那时女孩五岁就出嫁。 最好的衣服是头发做的衣服，最好的食物是粗米饭，最好的装饰是武器。味道方面，除了雪以外的五种味道，即酥油、芝麻、蜂蜜、红糖、盐五种也消失了。那时，中间的劫由刀兵劫、疾病劫和饥荒劫终结而耗尽。刀兵时期，由于思想粗暴，对见到的一切都产生憎恨的强烈害心，无论拿起什么都变成武器，互相残杀，在那里死去的所有众生都转生到地狱。疾病劫是由于做了不善业，非人（鬼神）们扰乱，出现几乎无法治愈的疾病，因此死去的人也转生到地狱。饥荒是由于天神没有下雨而发生饥荒，即使有一点粮食也被藏在隐蔽的地方，被称为“隐蔽者”，喝骨头里没有油的汁液，被称为“白骨堆”，用勺子在水里搅拌一点粮食来维持生命，被称为“勺子维持生命者”。其中，刀兵劫持续七天，疾病劫持续七个月，饥荒劫持续七年七个月七天。从这些中劫中解脱的原因是，即使只是一天也放弃杀生，向僧团供养药物和食物。 《楼阁经》中这样说。在那些时候，在两个洲（东胜身洲和西牛贺洲）里，害心增多，颜色难看，虚弱，只有饥饿和口渴，但在北方（北俱卢洲）则一点也不会发生。坏劫是，《俱舍论》中说：“坏劫地狱的，有情灭尽器世界。”意思是说，坏劫是从地狱的有情

Among them, the initial increasing aeon and the initial decreasing aeon are single, and the intermediate aeons are in pairs, but the duration of each is the same, because the increase and decrease are slow in the single case, and rapid in other cases. So, what is it like when the lifespan is ten years? The Treasury of Knowledge says, "That is because the path of karma is excessive, and the lifespan is short, only ten years. The end of the aeon is terminated by weapons, diseases, and famine." It means that due to excessive engagement in non-virtuous deeds, lifespan, body, and enjoyment gradually decrease, and lifespan becomes very short, only ten years, and at that time girls are married off from the age of five. The best clothes are clothes made of hair, the best food is coarse rice, and the best decoration is weapons. In terms of taste, the five tastes other than snow, namely butter, sesame, honey, brown sugar, and salt, also disappear. At that time, the intermediate aeon is exhausted by the termination of the weapon aeon, the disease aeon, and the famine aeon. In the time of weapons, due to the roughness of thought, a strong harmful mind of hatred arises towards everything seen, and whatever is picked up becomes a weapon, and they kill each other, and all beings who die there are reborn in hell. The disease aeon is because non-humans (ghosts and spirits) are disturbed by doing non-virtuous deeds, and incurable diseases appear, so people who die from it are also reborn in hell. Famine is because the gods do not send rain and famine occurs, and even if there is a little grain, it is hidden in a hidden place, called "hiders", and drinking the juice from bones without oil is called "white bone piles", and stirring a little grain in water with a spoon to sustain life is called "spoon sustainers". Among them, the weapon aeon lasts for seven days, the disease aeon lasts for seven months, and the famine aeon lasts for seven years, seven months, and seven days. The reason for liberation from these intermediate aeons is to abandon killing even for a day, and to offer medicine and food to the Sangha. The Sutra of the Layered Mansion says so. In those times, in the two continents (Purvavideha and Aparagodaniya), harmful thoughts increase, colors are ugly, weakness, only hunger and thirst, but in the north (Uttarakuru) it will not happen at all. The destructive aeon is, as the Treasury of Knowledge says, "The destructive aeon of hell, sentient beings are exhausted, the vessel world." It means that the destructive aeon is from the sentient beings of hell.
