If separation occurs, then the appearance of the object of showing the extent of solicitation, and one's own consciousness. Merged into one, in the space of the Dharmadhatu Samantabhadri, erupt with twenty-one "Phat (ཕཊ།)" sounds, if it is formless, it is impossible not to disappear into it. Even if it does not disappear like this, it must be formed. In the end, rise from the realm of one's own consciousness and make offerings of flesh and blood. Solicitation is: First, one's own body, speech, and mind become hot and restless, this is solicitation. On top of that, gaining a naked awareness of nowhere to go is the decision. Whenever and wherever, when a strong and powerful thought arises, mix the environment with one's own mind, integrate it into the void of the Dharmadhatu Samantabhadri, integrate it with a strong "Phat (ཕཊ།)" sound, and abide in the state of no environment, it will become severance. Destroy all ghosts and ghost attachments in the state of Dharmata free from elaboration. Know that relying on the main point is the key. In addition, regarding the method of soliciting and severing, Machig Labdrön said: "Separate matter and awareness, mix Dharmadhatu and awareness. Abide in emptiness. Repeat the practice of the aggregates as food." As it is said, no matter which of the outer, inner, and secret solicitations occurs, one should think that one's attachment to one's body and possessions has long been given for the benefit of parents and sentient beings and the enjoyment of harmful spirits, so there is no meaning in attachment, thereby mixing Dharmadhatu and awareness. Separate matter and awareness, and with compassion, give away the collection of body, flesh, and blood without stinginess or attachment. Awareness has no support, and ghosts and spirits can do nothing. Thinking that the fearful "I" cannot be established from the two, body and mind, abide in emptiness, and all solicitations will naturally disappear. This is the practice of the two accumulations of skillful means and wisdom. In addition, when ghosts and spirits cast illusions, regard the external fear as the parents of the ghosts and spirits of the environment, and generate thoughts of compassion. Regard diseases, sufferings, etc. as the result of bad karma, thereby trying to purify bad karma, and not falling into sin. Thoughts such as exhortations. And based on this, practice the practice of giving and receiving, and increase Bodhicitta, which is called transforming adverse conditions into the path through skillful means and Bodhicitta. Based on this, if compassion and Bodhicitta are improved, unfavorable factors will be seen as supportive conditions.

O! Furthermore, external fear is the local gods and demons, internal fear is the clinging of the mind, and intermediate fear is the appearance of actions and the self; when these three are thoroughly severed at the root with wisdom, through the power of realizing that one's own nature is not established in the slightest, fear naturally subsides. Afterwards, in the post-meditation state, on the deluded mind, appearances are merely appearances, and thoughts are merely imputed; thus, regarding the way of wandering in samsara due to not realizing this, Obtaining certainty is cutting off the root of delusion, which is the method of transforming obstacles into the path through the door of wisdom's view. Relying on this, the experience of the view is enhanced, which is called transforming unfavorable circumstances into helpers. The way to sever this is stated in the Great Treatise on Chöd: "With the superior, intermediate, and inferior levels of experience, leave it in a state of non-thought, focus on it and meditate, examine and analyze to determine." As stated, it is in accordance with what the great Gyaltangpa said: "The superior mind, with non-thought and non-object, cuts off all appearances in the ultimate realm. The intermediate mind focuses on appearances, cutting off all appearances in the unmoving nature of reality. The inferior mind examines and analyzes whatever arises as the fearful and the feared." The superior mind, with the confidence of the view, naturally abides in a state of non-objectivity. The intermediate mind focuses specifically on the face of whatever appearance arises and abides in non-objectivity. The inferior mind examines and analyzes with wisdom, determining it to be without inherent existence, thereby severing it. The way to sever it is like a dense forest, a powerful man, and a sharp knife. Also, it says in the same text: "For all of these, the superior ones abide in the meaning of non-duality, the intermediate ones focus on it and meditate, the inferior ones abandon the aggregates as food. Afterwards, the experience of awareness separated from the support of the mind will arise. After going to a dangerous place, the gods and demons take away the splendor, separating the body and awareness, this body is like a stone. It will not be harmed, the mind is like the unreal sky, who can harm it, who is harmed? Thinking thus, abide in the nature of reality without fear or apprehension. The gods and demons think that they have taken away their own body, and it has disappeared, but since it does not move from its original place, one should not be afraid of anything. Whatever discriminating thoughts arise are demons, that arises from one's own mind, the mind is born.
