If arrogance arises and the mind becomes disturbed, and pure perception and devotion diminish, then it is not a sign of completion. If it is not like that, but rather the mind is tamed, faith and pure perception increase, compassion, samadhi, and realization improve, and even if there is only a little joy, the mind is naturally calm, and there is no expectation of pride and fame, then it is a sign of completion, so it is very important to distinguish it from one's own experience. Second, summarizing the key points: Machig Labdrön said, "External seeking gives rise to the magic of demons, internal seeking gives rise to diseases of the body, secret seeking gives rise to pain in the mind." What is said like this is "seeking." When these arise, they are pacified through the practice of cutting, and cannot be obstructed by them, and whatever special experience and realization power arises is undoubtedly a sign of completion. In addition, taming gods and demons and bringing them into the Dharma, and generating loving-kindness and compassion for oneself, and realizing the view of emptiness, etc., if special experiences and realizations arise, it should be known that this is a sign of decisiveness. Thus, the sign of completion is merely the completion of the antidote action that cannot be obstructed by whatever temporary "seeking" and illusion may be. The sign of decisiveness is like those unfavorable factors no longer arising, becoming a continuous state, and must be understood from this state. Third, relating it to the biographies that explain these: For example, when Prince Don92 ultimately attained complete enlightenment, the appearance of the army of demons was "seeking," loving-kindness samadhi was "cutting," and relying on it and not being obstructed by the demons was the meaning of "sign of completion," and respectfully praising and taking refuge was the meaning of "sign of decisiveness." Similarly, in the stages of the path, for example, when the courage of King Shibi's generosity greatly increased, Indra transformed into a blind Brahmin to beg for eyes was "seeking," and the mental strength of compassion and diligence, etc., that entered without the slightest hesitation was "cutting," and not only would it not become a cause for the decline of generosity, but rather giving the eyes, the paramita of generosity would increase even more was the "sign of completion," and Indra restoring the eyes was the "sign of decisiveness." Similarly, other Jataka stories should also be combined as appropriate, these are the words of the wise.

This is a well-spoken explanation of the origin of the earth. The fifth part details the identification of the four maras: divided into the four maras from the common doctrinal system and the four maras from the uncommon Chö practice system. First are: the skandha mara, the death mara, the klesha mara, and the deva-putra mara, a total of four. First, the skandha mara refers to: the contaminated aggregates of appropriation arising from the power of karma and kleshas in one's own continuum. Second, the death mara refers to: the part where the life force involuntarily ceases. Third, the klesha mara refers to: the various kleshas such as the five poisons and the three poisons. Fourth, the deva-putra mara refers to: the deva-putra named Delightful Lord of Power in the Paranirmita-vasavartin heaven, who is the master of the desire realm. This is only a rough recognition. Second, the uncommon four maras are divided into a brief explanation and a detailed explanation. First are: the obstructive mara, the non-obstructive mara, the prideful mara, and the joy and sorrow mara, a total of four. First, the obstructive mara refers to: external objects such as form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, as well as fire, water, cliffs, and weapons, poisons, and wild animals, etc. Second, the non-obstructive mara refers to: thoughts arising from various paths, that is, the discriminations of the mind, as well as kleshas, harsh words, insults, shame, vomiting, and the discriminations of the eight worldly dharmas, as well as the magic of gods and demons, etc. Third, the prideful mara refers to: clinging to self, and the discriminations of expecting and worrying about benefits and harms arising from it. Fourth, the joy and sorrow mara refers to: the joy and sorrow of being satisfied with the arising of qualities in one's own continuum, or obtaining the ability to help others heal illnesses, etc., or because of obtaining wealth and fame, etc., but the mind has not calmed down. For beginners, joy and pride are slightly needed, so some say that these will not become maras. But here, it is in terms of entering the category of kleshas, and it is okay to regard it as an object to be abandoned. Moreover, the prideful mara also includes subtle discriminations of grasper and grasped, which are included in the cognitive obscurations, so there are many places that need to be studied slightly, but it is not written. The second part is the detailed explanation, divided into two.
