Oh, then it should be destroyed by dancing. If the inner self-grasping is destroyed, then the illusions that arise from its own nature, namely the external forms of gods and demons, will also be destroyed. Regarding how to dance on self-grasping, Lama Dharmarakshita said: Now whirl the weapon of karma around the head. Whirl it around the head three times in an angry posture. Open the face of the two truths, widen the eyes of skillful means and wisdom. Press down on the enemy with the fangs of the four powers. Even the king of knowledge-mantras who torments enemies, without autonomy in the place of samsara, crush the head of destructive thoughts, Māraya (Tibetan: མཱ་ར་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: मारय, Sanskrit Romanization: maraya, Chinese literal meaning: kill) into the heart of the enemy, the ghoul executioner. Holding the weapon of karma, wandering, that cruel one called the self-grasping demon, the oath-breaker who causes self and others to fall. Seize, seize, wrathful Yama's slayer! Strike, strike, thrust into the enemy's heart. Crush the head of destructive thoughts, Māraya (Tibetan: མཱ་ར་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: मारय, Sanskrit Romanization: maraya, Chinese literal meaning: kill) into the heart of the enemy, the ghoul executioner. Thus it is said. Furthermore, with the syllable "Phaṭ" (Tibetan: ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phaṭ), the nature of the guru, yidam, and dakini, the totality of the three roots. Or, the essence is the guru, but the form is a different wrathful black mother, whose right hand shakes the skull drum turned upside down in the expanse of the sky, to subdue the three realms, and whose left hand rings the melodious small silver bell in the expanse of space, to overwhelm the three existences. Her two feet dance, adorned with all the attire of the charnel ground, her light and splendor unbearable to behold, manifest in the midst of blazing flames of wisdom, she dances together with the self-nature of grasping and clinging, the heart of Rudra. At the same time, her wisdom essence, the blue dakinis of the Buddha family in the central direction, also consider the dance of subduing the evil Rudra, and come forth, joining their fingers in a vajra chain. Symbolizing the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, the great boundlessness, they dance an eight-cornered or six-cornered dance, in order to urge in this way. Therefore, by dancing such a dance, all the coarse touches of affliction in the continuum of those gods and demons born from ignorance are thought to be completely crushed, like tiny grass stems trampled by feet. Focus on the target and the posture of the body, Without deviating from the posture, face eastward.

When the eight vajra laughs are chanted melodiously, when reciting "Chem," one's own right foot jumps and dances to the center, when reciting "Hum Hum," the left foot jumps and dances facing east, similarly, when reciting "Haha," the right foot jumps to the south, when reciting "Hehe," the left foot faces west, when reciting "Hoho," the right foot jumps facing north. When reciting "Phat," with the palm of Rudra's right hand facing east, one's own left foot lands on it, and one abides in a leaping posture. Then again, one dances in the heart of the grasper and the grasped, Rudra. Its wisdom's own radiance manifests as the white dakini of the eastern Vajra family, the yellow dakini of the southern Ratna family, the red dakini of the western Padma family, and the green dakini of the northern Karma family, dancing in the round dance arena of mirror-like wisdom. Similarly, with the left hand facing south, the left foot facing west, and the right foot facing north, In sequence, the dance arenas of Equality Wisdom, Discriminating Wisdom, and Accomplishing Wisdom dance in square, crescent, and triangular shapes, thereby pacifying anger, pride, desire, and jealousy. The posture and focus are the same as above. Then, while the right foot jumps, reciting "Phat" and jumping to the center, stepping and facing east, the Dharmakaya's dakini of the sphere of reality subdues the ignorance of the Naga demons, the Sambhogakaya's dakini freely subdues the desire of the female demons, and the Nirmanakaya's wisdom dakini urges the dance to subdue the anger of the fierce ghosts. May they arise from the Dharmadhatu into form bodies, and dance the spontaneously accomplished dance arena of the three kayas, "Kilili," thereby pacifying the three poisons, and the eighty-four thousand afflictions belonging to them, as well as the afflictions and cognitive obscurations in the continuums of the gods and demons arising from the obscuration of knowledge. May all the mind's appearances of the three realms of samsara be destroyed into the expanse of the great emptiness of the self-nature nirvana, the dharmata. The first "Phat" destroys the three poisons into the emptiness of the three kayas, the second destroys the five poisons into the emptiness of the five wisdoms, and the third destroys the afflictions The eighty-four thousand dharma aggregates are destroyed into the emptiness of the eighty thousand dharma aggregates.
