The instructions of the Wisdom Dakini, the sovereign Labdrönma, and the heart essence oral transmission of the accomplished Chakravartin Palda Dagnön Zhap, exist like water mixed with milk, and the practice of how to practice, all the essential points of view converge into one key instruction. This key instruction is superior to others, and those with wisdom should understand this. The Great Hero, with his beautiful Brahma voice, proclaimed the eighty-four thousand teachings, which also follow the dispositions and inclinations of the beings to be tamed by the three vehicles. The essence of everything is the Prajnaparamita Sutra. The method of practicing its meaning is the dance of women, the Wisdom Dakini, and the profound Dharma nature of the accomplished master Dagnön, who possesses the wisdom body, is extremely rare. With this, one can prevent the extremes of samsara and nirvana, which is the Great Vehicle path. In this life, one can attain perfect enlightenment, which is a state beyond the reach of a hundred kinds of praise. Therefore, the fortunate assembly should rely on it. When various unfortunate evil circumstances and poisonous oceans arise from the depths of the heart, there is no other liberating path or life-sustaining medicine other than this nectar essence of instructions. This is also an intervening verse. Third, there are two ways to practice the essential points of the instructions: a general presentation of the classification, and a detailed explanation of the practice. First, there are two general presentations of the classification: explaining the categories of explanatory texts, and explaining the meaning of the explained severance. First, in general, there are two types of severance texts: the words of the Buddha and treatises. The first is: the sutras of the "Large Perfection of Wisdom Sutra", "Medium Perfection of Wisdom Sutra", "Small Perfection of Wisdom Sutra", etc., and the sutras that show the stories of how our teacher gave away his body, kingdom, children, wives, etc., when he was a Bodhisattva in the past, also belong to this category, so they can be placed here. The second is treatises, of which there are four types: the tradition of blessing and transmission, the tradition of commentary on treatises, the tradition of oral transmission of instructions, and the tradition of profound and close transmission. The first is: the outer collection of teachings spoken by Machik Labdrön, explained in detail, the inner instructions explained, the three repetitions of the secret symbolic Dharma, etc. The second is: the Indian and Tibetan scholars such as Aryadeva.

These are the Dharma classes and commentaries on the Chö practice of the accomplished ones. Third, are the instructions that clearly show the key points of these, passed down through the oral tradition of scholars and accomplished ones. Fourth, are those that descended as the heart essence of glorious Saraha, like profound secret mind treasures. In addition, the wrathful mother sadhanas of the Kagyu tradition, and the terma aspects such as the sadhanas of this profound terma cycle, as well as the profound path yoga of Je Ngawang Phuntsok, and the sadhana rituals such as Karma Chakme's "Garland of Jewels"-like tsok offerings, also belong to the category of Chö texts. Second, explaining the meaning of the term "Chö," which is the subject matter, there are three parts: the actual meaning, combining it with scriptural authority, and summarizing and showing the key points. The first has four parts: the nature of Chö, its divisions, etymology, and boundaries. So. First, the nature is: the wisdom that realizes the meaning of selflessness, established from the perspective of cutting off one's own discordant aspects, which is related to the practice of special methods and follows it, is the nature of Chö. Or, it is established as a special realization that is included in the practice of either method or wisdom, and exists in the category of cutting off one's own discordant aspects. The former is the tradition that identifies the nature of Chö as only the view of realizing selflessness, and the latter is the tradition that establishes compassion and so on as Chö, so there is no contradiction. Second, the divisions are: dividing it from the perspective of the object to be realized, there are three types of Chö: the Chö that realizes the selflessness of the person, the Chö that realizes the selflessness of phenomena, and the Chö that realizes the equality of the nature of all phenomena. Dividing it from the perspective of the object-possessor of the realization, there are two types of Chö: realizing the general meaning of selflessness, and directly realizing it. Dividing it from the perspective of the type of realization, there are three types of Chö: cultivating the aspects of objects such as great compassion, the Chö of method; the Chö of wisdom, which realizes selflessness; and the Chö of the union of method and wisdom, which practices the two in combination. Dividing it from the perspective of the individual who possesses his own continuum, there are two types of Chö: the Chö of the continuum of ordinary beings, and the Chö of the continuum of noble ones. Dividing it from the perspective of what is to be cut off: Externally, cutting in dangerous places; internally, cutting diseases and evil spirits; secretly, cutting conceptual thoughts and arising feelings.
