This place is written in full because it is a speech of particularly excellent blessings. Secondly, there are actually three ways of visualization and meditation as explained in the scriptures: clarifying through verses, explaining the meaning of the visualization sequence through prose, and the practice of Phowa (འཕོ་བ, transference of consciousness) opening the door of wisdom as an incidental instruction. The first is: Lord Götsangpa said, "When practicing Guru Yoga, faults are purified and qualities are perfected." And, "Although there are many generation stage practices, there is nothing superior to practicing the Guru. Although there are many recitations, there is nothing superior to making supplications. Although there are many completion stage practices, there is nothing superior to abandoning clinging to the mind." As it is said, there is no other yoga of generation and completion stages that is superior to practicing Guru Yoga. Similarly, in the arrangement of vows, it says: "A deity with marks and signs, even if meditated on for hundreds of thousands of eons, is not worth a moment of remembering the Guru. More than a million recitations of the deity, one supplication to the Guru is pleasing. The completion stage, even for eons, meditating while abandoning busyness and distraction, is not as good as the Guru appearing in the heart for a moment. Even twenty hundred thousand are not enough." As it is said, remembering the Guru and making supplications has infinite qualities. In particular, practicing Guru Yoga is the true method for attaining Buddhahood in this body. As the great accomplished Tilopa said, "If you wish to attain the state of Vajradhara in this life, the ultimate path is the path of the holy Guru." As it is said. How to meditate on it? In the Abhidhana Tantra, it says: "That kind Guru, in the center of the heart or on the crown of the head, or in the palms of the limbs, wherever placed, the blessings of a thousand Buddhas, that person will also obtain." And, correspondingly, in the Kuntuzangpo Self-Existing Tantra, it also says: "From the Great Perfection Ati, the kind Guru who has arisen, in the center of the heart or the palms of the hands, or on the crown of the head, whoever meditates, the qualities of a thousand Buddhas, that person will also ༄༅། །obtain." As it comes from the oral instruction teachings of the Great Perfection Ati law, or relying on that, the kind one who has become a Guru, the manner of meditating on where to abide, etc., is explained.

Thus, in general, the lama can be meditated upon at the crown of the head, in the center of the heart, or anywhere else. As it is said in the tantra: "The master is the nature of all Buddhas, possessing the essence of the body of the deity. I pray to the heroes, Vajra Bell, and the Dakinis." As it is said, one should meditate on the yoga of the supreme deity who is the essence of all Buddhas, possessing the form of the hero Vajradhara and consort. Alternatively, Chöje Tsangpa Chenpo said: "If the perception of the lama as a Buddha arises and doubts are cut off, then it is sufficient to meditate on the lama himself. If measurement and examination arise towards the lama, then meditating on the yidam will prevent the arising of thoughts of good and bad. Therefore, the yidam is a symbolic representation. The lama is the emanation of the tamer himself, so meditating on the lama himself is said to be more blessed." As it is said, whether or not the form of the lama's body needs to be changed depends on oneself, so it is not absolutely certain. However, here are five special instructions on how to meditate on the lama: How to meditate on the lama in the space in front of oneself, clearly visualized as a deity. Inviting and absorbing the wisdom being. Encouraging the mind-stream through prayer and offerings, etc. Maturing one's own mind-stream by receiving the four empowerments of samadhi. Finally, resting in the state of great primordial purity. First, the text says: "Then, the yoga of the lama, which is to be matured by the power of the play of the three vajras of the three doors." As it is said, the maturation and liberation of one's own three doors into the play of the three vajras, the essence of the four bodies, is the main result of meditating on the yoga of the lama. Here, because the emphasis is on subduing the three doors by receiving the four empowerments of samadhi, it is said that way. That is, ཕཊ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) རང་སྣང་རྣམ་དག་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ཆེན་པོ༔ (rang snang rnam dag chos kyi dbyings chen po) Self-appearing, completely pure, in the great expanse of the Dharmadhatu, བདེ་ཆེན་འཕོ་འགྱུར་མེད་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ༔ (bde chen 'pho 'gyur med pa'i zhing khams su) In the realm of great bliss, unchanging, རང་རིག་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཁྲོས་མ་དམར་གསལ་མཛེས༔ (rang rig ye shes khros ma dmar gsal mdzes) Self-aware wisdom, wrathful mother, red, clear, and beautiful, ཕྱག་གཡས་གྲི་གུག་གཡོན་པས་ཐོད་ཁྲག་བསྣམས༔ (phyag gyas gri gug gyon pas thod khrag bsnams) Right hand holding a curved knife, left hand holding a skull cup filled with blood, ཞབས་གཉིས་གར་སྟབས་རུས་རྒྱན་མེ་དཔུང་ ༄༅། །འབར༔ ( 'bar) Two feet in a dancing posture, adorned with bone ornaments, a blaze of fire, མདུན་གྱི་ནམ་མཁར་མཇའ་འོད་ཐིག་ལེའི་ཀློང་༔ (mdun gyi nam mkhar mja' 'od thig le'i klong) In the space in front, in a realm of rainbows and light drops, བརྒྱུད་གསུམ་བླ་མ་ཡོངས་འདུས་བདག་ཉིད་དཔལ༔ (brgyud gsum bla ma yongs 'dus bdag nyid dpal) The glorious essence of the three lineages, the gathering of all lamas, རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕག་མོའི་སྐུ༔ (rtsa ba'i bla ma rdo rje phag mo'i sku) The root lama, the body of Vajravarahi, ཕྱག་གཡས་གྲི་གུག་གཡོན་པས་བྷན་ཐོད་བསྣམས༔ (phyag gyas gri gug gyon pas bhan thod bsnams) Right hand holding a curved knife, left hand holding a skull bowl, ཞབས་གཉིས་གར་སྟབས་རུས་པའི་རྒྱན་དྲུག་གསོལ༔ (zhabs gnyis gar stabs rus pa'i rgyan drug gsol) Two feet in a dancing posture, adorned with six bone ornaments.
