显现与显现者无别，一切皆为空性的自性。空性无法杀死空性，我消灭自己，你亦双亡。没有死亡，只有死亡的显现。如同彩虹是天空的图画，天空消融于天空本身。现在你我之间没有分别，在无戏论的清净虚空中，以宽广的姿态念诵 阿 阿 帕 (藏文：ཨ་ཨ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：अः अः फट्，梵文罗马拟音：ah ah phat，汉语字面意思：啊 啊 啪)！ 这样说完，他又说：“这个可恶的家伙用禅修来折磨我，我的心都痛了！” 说完就消失了。在那年秋季的第一个月二十一日，一只红色的鸟儿说：“啊！孩子们，听着！许多高尚的圣者，都已逝入不可见的法界。即使是残渣的孤儿之身，也无法永存。夏洛花也已枯萎，蓝色的草地，也因冬月的严寒，无法永存。人间的君王，也已从这里前往彼岸。即使是王子的孤儿之身，也无法永存。雄鹰的群体已经离去，即使是弱小的鸟儿之身，也无法永存。强大的野兽已经离去，整个世界，也无法永存。 至上的瑜伽士们已经离去，执着于世间八法的上师之身，也无法永存。国王的宝藏已经耗尽，仆人积攒的财富，也无法永存。树上的果实已经凋零，松鼠积攒的食物，也无法永存。绿色的夏草已经枯萎，灰色的枯草，也无法永存。贪恋轮回的化身，大多享用腐烂的食物，即使擅长无意义的积攒，也无法永存。贪婪且充满仇恨的官员，即使严厉地执行刑罚，也伴随着业力的重担，无法永存。通过积攒和享用度日的富人，他们的财富和享乐，如同梦幻泡影，无法永存。一旦获得清净的人身，不要只顾着吃喝玩乐，要依止能让自心当下解脱的甚深口诀。只顾着东张西望，别想获得解脱。不理解却夸夸其谈，对来世毫无益处。不修行却自以为是，

Appearance and the one who appears are inseparable, all is the nature of emptiness. Emptiness cannot kill emptiness, I annihilate myself, and you also die twice. There is no death, only the appearance of death. Like a rainbow is a painting in the sky, the sky dissolves into the sky itself. Now there is no difference between you and me, in the uncontrived pure sky of space, in a vast expanse, say Ah Ah Phat (藏文：ཨ་ཨ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：अः अः फट्，梵文罗马拟音：ah ah phat，汉语字面意思：Ah Ah Phat)! After saying this, he said again, "This terrible fellow is torturing me with meditation, my heart is aching!" After saying that, he disappeared. On the twenty-first day of the first month of autumn in that year, a red bird said, "Ah! Children, listen! Many noble and holy beings have passed away into the invisible realm of Dharma. Even the body of an orphan of the dregs cannot last forever. The summer flowers have withered, and the blue meadows cannot last forever due to the harsh cold of the winter months. The king of the human realm has passed from here to the other shore. Even the body of the prince, an orphan, cannot last forever. The flock of eagles has departed, and even the body of a weak bird cannot last forever. The mighty beasts have departed, and the entire world cannot last forever. The supreme yogis have departed, and even the body of a lama who clings to the eight worldly dharmas cannot last forever. The king's treasures have been exhausted, and the wealth accumulated by servants cannot last forever. The fruits on the trees have withered, and the food accumulated by squirrels cannot last forever. The green summer grass has withered, and the gray withered grass cannot last forever. Incarnations who are attached to samsara mostly consume rotten food, and even if they are skilled at meaningless accumulation, they cannot last forever. Greedy and hateful officials, even if they severely enforce punishments, are accompanied by the burden of karma and cannot last forever. The rich who spend their days accumulating and enjoying, their wealth and pleasures are like dreams and illusions and cannot last forever. Once you obtain a pure human body, do not only care about eating, drinking, and having fun, but rely on the profound instructions that can liberate your own mind in the present moment. If you only care about looking around, do not expect to attain liberation. Speaking glibly without understanding is of no benefit to the next life. Thinking you know without practicing,
