是啊。 一生证悟殊胜佛,实修体验是诀窍,融入相续是妙法,受用享乐是父嘱,老者习惯的教诲。 交付于子,愿得解脱!如是血饮降魔金刚于自学列绕多吉前所说。善哉!

Yes. Enlightenment in one lifetime is the supreme Buddha, experiencing practice is the key instruction, integrating into the lineage is the sacred Dharma, enjoying and utilizing is the father's advice, the habitual advice of an old man. You must remember death, and if you seek lasting happiness, you are the supreme among men. Taking such conduct as the basis, all phenomena, samsara and nirvana, all dharmas, in the nature of emptiness, the nature of space, abiding in the naturally manifest state, this is the place of Trekchö (cutting through). All impure dharmas of samsara, All dharmas are purified in the pure realm of Dharma, practicing the Tögal (leap over) swift path, engaging in essential practice in a secluded place, in this life also attain perfect enlightenment. Lord Naropa, the great scholar, said: Rather than practicing in a city for a lifetime, it is better to rely on a mountain retreat for one day. Do not abandon this principle, keep it in mind. If you rely on a secluded mountain retreat and can meditate on Tögal for twelve years, you will undoubtedly accomplish the rainbow body. Keep this in mind, it is a heartfelt word. May I always hold you inseparable as the crest jewel of my dark blue hair. May my mind turn to the Dharma! If you wish to practice the genuine Dharma and thus traverse the path of liberation, there are four key points that must not be forgotten: Never separate from the Lama, meditate on him at the crown of your head. Strive for the recitation and accomplishment of outer, inner, and secret practices. With loving-kindness towards all Dharma brothers and sisters. Hold the samaya as the pledge of your life. With equanimity towards all sentient beings, cultivate vast and expansive great compassion. View these appearances as like illusions and dreams, Look at their nature of impermanence. Death is the nature of all. Meditating on impermanence is Dharma.
