ས་ཤི་བ་རྣམས་ལ་སོམས། །རང་གི་སྔོན་ཆད་མི་ཚེ་ལོ་དེ་རུ། །སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་གྱི་སྣང་བ་ལས་མི་རིང་། །ད་དུང་ལོ་བརྒྱ་ལོན་ཀྱང་འཆི་བའི་དུས །ས་སྟེང་མིག་གི་མཐོང་ཙམ་ལས་མི་རིང་། །རང་རེས་ད་སྔོན་དཀའ་སྤྱད་སོ་ནམ་འབད། །ལུས་དང་སྲོག་ལ་མི་བསམ་ཟས་ནོར་བསྒྲུབ །འབྲས་བུ་མི་འབྱིན་སྒྱུ་མ་རྨི་ལམ་ལྟའི །དེ་ཚུལ་སོམས་ལ་འཆི་བ་མི་རྟག་སྒོམས། །འགའ་ཞིག་ན་སོ་རྒན་སོང་སྟོབས་རྒུད་ཀྱང་། །དེར་མི་སེམས་པར་ཆེ་གྲགས་མཐོ་ས་འདོད། །ལོ་མང་སྡོད་ཆས་འདོམས་ཤིང་ཆགས་སྡང་བྱེད། །དེ་ཚུལ་སོམས་ལ་འཆི་བ་མི་རྟག་སྒོམས། །འགའ་ཞིག་མི་འཆོར་ནད་ཀྱིས་ ༄༅། །ཐེབས་འདུག་ཀྱང་། །ད་དུང་ལོ་གྲངས་མང་པོའི་ཆས་དོན་བཤད། །བཟའ་མི་དག་ལ་མཁོན་འཐབ་ཚིག་རྩུབ་སྨྲ། །དེ་ཚུལ་སོམས་ལ་འཆི་བ་མི་རྟག་སྒོམས། འགའ་ཞིག་ཚེ་གཅིག་འཆི་བ་མི་དྲན་པར། །འཆི་བའི་ནང་པར་དགེ་བ་མ་འགྲུབ་འགྱོད། །བྲང་ལ་སྤར་ཤད་བྱེད་ཅིང་མཆིལ་མས་བརྣང་། །འགྱོད་པ་འཕྱི་འོ་སོམས་ལ་མི་རྟག་སྒོམས།། འགའ་ཞིག་བསགས་བསགས་ནོར་ལ་ཞེན་ཆགས་ནས། །གཞན་གྱིས་སྤྱོད་རན་བསམ་ཞིང་ཕྱིར་མིག་ལྟ །ད་དུང་དོམ་དང་བུ་ལོན་ཁ་རུ་གླེང་། །ལས་ངན་དེ་ཚུལ་སོམས་ལ་མི་རྟག་སྒོམས། །འགའ་ཞིག་བུ་དང་ཚ་བོ་བཟའ་མི་ལ། །བརྩེ་བརྩེ་གདུང་སེམས་དེ་དོན་ལྟོ་གོས་འཚོལ། །འཆི་བའི་ནང་པར་གཤིན་མིག་གསོན་ལ་བལྟས། །གསོན་པོའི་སྡོད་ཆས་ཁ་ཆེམ་གཏམ་བརྡོལ་བརྗོད། །ལས་དེར་སོམས་ལ་འཆི་བ་མི་རྟག་སྒོམས། །འགའ་ཞིག་དོན་མེད་བན་དྲེད་གཟུགས་བཟུང་ནས། །ཚེ་གཅིག་ཚོང་དང་ཁེ་སྤོག་གཡོ་ཁྲམ་བྱེད། །ཕོ་བརྒྱག་ཙམ་ཞིག་ཟ་བར་མི་སྤོབ་ནས། །གཤིན་ཆགས་འདྲེ་རུ་སོམས་ལ་འཆི་བ་སྒོམས། །འགའ་ཞིག་མི་ཚེ་སྟོང་ཟད་ལོ་དེ་ནས །འཆི་བའི་ནང་པར་འཇིགས་སྐྲག་གིས་གདུང་བཞིན། །ལྕགས་མ་ རླུང་བསྐྱོད་ལྟ་བུར་འདར་ཞིང་བསྔངས། །ཡི་ཆད་སྡུག་ཁུལ་ཤི་བ་དེ་དྲན་མཛོད། །འགའ་ཞིག་འདི་སྣང་ཡུན་ཐུང་སྣང་བ་ཡིས །ཡུལ་ལ་སྤྲོ་ཞིང་ཕྱོགས་སུ་མཐོང་སྐར་བལྟ། །མིག་གཉིས་སྔོ་ཧྲིལ་བལྟ་བཞིན་ཤི་ལ་ལྟོས། །འགའ་ཞིག་གཤིན་པོའི་རོ་དོམ་མང་པོ་བླངས། །བསྟན་དང་འགྲོ་དོན་ཡིན་སྙམ་རང་མགོ་འཁོར། །ཐ་མ་རྣམ་སྨིན་རང་གི་ཕྲག་ལ་བཀལ། དྲིན་ཆེན་ལན་རིང་དྲན་མཁན་མེད་ལ་ལྟོས །ཚེ་གཅིག་གཅེས་སྤྲས་གྱིས་བསྐྱང་སྒྱུ་མའི་ལུས། །གོས་རྒྱན་མལ་ས་ཁ་ཕོར་བཅས་པ་རྣམས། །ཤུལ་དུ་ལུས་ནས་དུར་ཁྲོད་གནས་སུ་བསྐྱལ།། མེད་དང་མི་མཐོང་ཐབས་ལ་བརྩོན་པར་ལྟོས། །འཁོར་བའི་ལས་ཀ་

想想那些死去的人吧！自己以前的生命在那一年里，也不过是短暂的一瞬间。即使再活一百年，死亡的时候，在地上也只能看到眼睛所及的范围。我们以前辛勤地耕作，不顾身体和生命，积攒食物和财富，却像不结果实的幻觉和梦境一样。想想这些，修持死亡无常吧！有些人年纪大了，体力衰退了，却不考虑这些，反而想要更大的名声和更高的地位，准备长久居住的物品，产生贪恋和憎恨。想想这些，修持死亡无常吧！有些人被疾病缠身， 即使如此，还在计划着未来很多年的事情，对家人恶语相向，说粗暴的话。想想这些，修持死亡无常吧！ 有些人一生都没有想到死亡，临死的时候，因为没有行善而后悔，捶胸顿足，用唾沫涂抹。想想后悔已经晚了，修持无常吧！ 有些人积攒了大量的财富，却执着不舍，想着让别人来享用，回头张望，还在谈论着熊和债务。想想这些恶业，修持无常吧！ 有些人对儿孙和家人，充满爱恋和牵挂，为了他们寻找食物和衣服。临死的时候，死神的眼睛盯着活人，活人还在谈论着居住的事情，说出不吉利的话。想想这些业，修持死亡无常吧！ 有些人毫无意义地装成僧人的样子，一生都在做买卖、投机和欺骗的事情，连一口饱饭都不舍得吃，想想他们会变成饿鬼，修持死亡吧！ 有些人一生虚度光阴，临死的时候，被恐惧所折磨，像铁片被风吹动一样颤抖和呻吟。记住那些绝望和痛苦死去的人吧！ 有些人因为短暂的世间景象，而对地方感到快乐，像看星星一样四处张望，瞪大眼睛看着死亡。有些人拿走了许多死者的尸体，自以为是为了佛法和众生，其实是在自欺欺人，最终恶果会落在自己的肩上。 看看那些没有人记得的恩人吧！一生精心呵护的虚幻之身，衣服、装饰、床铺、碗筷等等，都留在了身后，被送往坟墓。想想那些为了逃避死亡和不被看见而努力的人吧！轮回的业。

Reflect on those who have died! Your own past life in that year, is no longer than a fleeting moment. Even if you live a hundred more years, at the time of death, you will see no further than the eye can reach on the ground. We used to work hard at farming, disregarding body and life, accumulating food and wealth, but it is like a fruitless illusion and dream. Think about these things, and practice the impermanence of death! Some people are old and their strength has declined, but they do not consider these things, instead, they want greater fame and higher status, preparing things for a long stay, and generating attachment and hatred. Think about these things, and practice the impermanence of death! Some people are afflicted by illness, Even so, they are still planning for many years to come, speaking harshly to their families, and saying rude words. Think about these things, and practice the impermanence of death! Some people never think about death in their lives, and when they are about to die, they regret not having done good deeds, beating their chests and smearing themselves with saliva. Think about how it is too late to regret, and practice impermanence! Some people accumulate a lot of wealth, but they are attached and unwilling to give it up, thinking of letting others enjoy it, looking back, and still talking about bears and debts. Think about these bad deeds, and practice impermanence! Some people are full of love and attachment for their children, grandchildren, and families, searching for food and clothing for them. At the time of death, the eyes of the dead are staring at the living, and the living are still talking about living arrangements, saying inauspicious words. Think about these actions, and practice the impermanence of death! Some people meaninglessly pretend to be monks, spending their lives doing business, speculating, and cheating, not even willing to eat a full meal, think about how they will become hungry ghosts, and practice death! Some people waste their lives in vain, and when they are about to die, they are tormented by fear, trembling and groaning like a piece of iron blown by the wind. Remember those who died in despair and suffering! Some people are happy with the fleeting worldly sights, looking around like looking at stars, staring wide-eyed at death. Some people take away many corpses of the dead, thinking that it is for the Dharma and sentient beings, but they are deceiving themselves, and in the end, the bad consequences will fall on their own shoulders. Look at those benefactors who no one remembers! The illusory body that you have cherished and cared for throughout your life, the clothes, decorations, bedding, bowls, and chopsticks, etc., are all left behind and sent to the cemetery. Think about those who strive to escape death and avoid being seen! The karma of samsara.
