It is straight like the trunk of a water-born tree, thin like the petals of a lotus, clear like a sesame oil lamp, smooth like madder dye, and empty, abiding in the essence of the Dharmakaya. On the right is the red Roma, red on the outside and white on the inside; on the left is the white Kyangma, white on the outside and red on the inside. The ends of both are inserted into the central channel below the navel. The upper ends are bent from behind the ears and meditated upon as piercing the two nostrils. These three should be known as symbols of the three kayas. That central channel has root petals called the five-tiered wheel. The first wheel has thirty-two root petals, the second has sixteen root petals, sixteen. The third has eight root petals, the fourth has sixty-four root petals, and the fifth is also clearly divided into twenty-eight petals. Ultimately, all of samsara and nirvana are pervaded by the emptiness of the central channel, and as a substitute for the wisdom of its own nature, Roma is established; Kyangma is established in the manner of the great wisdom of all-pervading compassion. All aggregates, elements, and sources are empty from the beginning, not established and not abiding, so emptiness is placed in the center, shown as the basis of purification, but there is nothing निश्चित established. The three kayas in the great emptiness, in the manner of naturally arising from the beginning, are shown as the three channels. As an antidote to purify the obscurations of ignorance and affliction in the Dharmadhatu, the nine vehicles are shown in sequence, in the manner of knowing that karma wind is the self of karma and affliction habits. Knowing this, the nine rounds of expelling breath are performed. All karmic afflictions, sins, obscurations, and habits caused by the affliction of anger are expelled in the form of black air, and it is meditated upon as dissolving into space, expelling three times from the right nostril; and all karmic afflictions, sins, obscurations, and habits caused by the affliction of desire are contemplated as being expelled in the form of red-black air, expelling three times from the left nostril; and all karmic afflictions, sins, obscurations, and habits caused by the affliction of ignorance are expelled outward in the form of blue-black air, and it is contemplated as disappearing into space like a dissolving rainbow, expelling three times from both nostrils together; and all diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and habits, together with the substantial body of flesh and blood, are scattered into space in the form of minute particles, as if shaking dust off clothes; and the realm of channels, winds, and bindus.

Think that all the causes that lead to the delusion of the end of samsara, the seeds together with their imprints, emerge like black fog and vanish into the sky, and shake the body. TI1617 - 285 Know that this is the most important and precious key to eliminating sins and obstacles. Then, there are two kinds of winds: the wind of meditative equipoise and the wind of post-meditation. In the ultimate sense, the sphere of wisdom is the wisdom awareness of all the Victorious Ones, abiding in the state of great luminosity, the three doors are left without effort, this is the supreme and unsurpassed key to the wind and mind entering the central channel. In that manner, with the body in the seven-fold posture of Vairochana, visualize in the sky in front of the tip of your nose, all the Victorious Ones of the ten directions and four times, together with their retinues, the essence of all the empowerment, blessings, and siddhis of their body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, abiding in the form of a bluish-gray mist. From your nostrils, draw in the wind of blessing and wisdom, like a blue silk thread or the smoke of incense, through the path of the esophagus, slowly coiling at the lower end of the central channel, visualize the central channel as if inflated by bellows, all the knots of the channels breaking with a snap. Visualize the essence of the wind dissolving into the five petals of the channels, and the remaining parts coiling at the lower end of the central channel, and then perform three male-style breaths and pressing-style breaths. Oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:唵), continuously draw in the gentle wind in a continuous stream, holding it as much as possible in each session, this is the wind of meditative equipoise. Alternatively, visualize in the central channel in the heart center, a round sphere of five-colored light, without corners, in the center of which is a white letter A (藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), clear and bright, as white as the fifteenth moon. Visualize at the lower end of the central channel, a vajra cross in the shape of the five wisdom winds, and then draw in the wind as before, the essence dissolving into the letter A and the sphere, and the remaining various winds dissolving into the vajra. By practicing this, the karmic winds enter the central channel, and the wisdom winds abide in their own place. In post-meditation, in the ultimate sense, appearance is not mistaken for mind, and awareness does not go beyond its own environment. For those who do not possess such a key, during all activities such as eating, sleeping, walking, and sitting, do not forget to press down on the wind with your mind, pressing it tightly below the navel, this is the wind of post-meditation.
