Holding the Vajra(金刚杵)that symbolizes destruction, in the south is Ratnasambhava, born from ཏཱྃ་ (Tibetan: ཏཱྃ་, Devanagari: Tām, Romanized Sanskrit: tām, Literal meaning: ཏཱྃ་), with a yellow body, symbolizing the perfect completion of merit and enjoyment. Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾཿ, Devanagari: Oṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: om, Literal meaning: Oṃ): Holding the supreme generosity mudra, symbolizing the constant bestowal of supreme bliss upon all beings, and holding a precious jewel, symbolizing the bestowal of benefit and happiness upon suffering beings, in the west is Amitabha, born from Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: Hrīḥ, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: ཧྲཱིཿ), with a red body, symbolizing the control over all of samsara and nirvana. With both hands placed in the meditation mudra, symbolizing dwelling in the great purity and equality of samsara and nirvana, holding a lotus, symbolizing the complete blossoming of the secret great bliss in the heart. In the north is Amoghasiddhi, born from Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: Āḥ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Āḥ), with a green body, symbolizing the inexhaustible body, wisdom, merit, and activity, and the complete perfection of all the wheels of adornment. Holding the mudra that bestows great fearlessness and protection upon beings, and holding a multi-colored vajra, symbolizing the subduing of beings to be tamed through the four activities. No matter which of these deities is taken as the main deity for practice, each one should be visualized and practiced as a five-fold group, which is to indicate that the Dharmakaya Tathagatagarbha is perfectly complete with the five bodies, five wisdoms, and so on. This meaning should be understood. Visualizing the deities in this way, All appearances are like a rainbow in the sky, without inherent existence; like the moon in water; like an image in a mirror; clear and bright, like water that has not been muddied. In such a body mandala, the bodies of all Buddhas and all pure lands, like stars shining in the ocean, naturally arise, clearly appearing as a mass of light. Similarly, in the mandala of wrathful deities, just as one awakens from a dream, all that is contained, including the outer world and the inner sentient beings, as well as one's own aggregates, elements, and sense bases, dissolve into the vast emptiness of Dharmata, and abide in the wisdom of emptiness. Again, abide in the state of manifesting wisdom. Finally, through the magical illusion of the all-pervasive great compassion wisdom, The seed syllable of consciousness, Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: Hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: ཧཱུྃ་), appears as dark blue, blazing with flames. This is when the realm to be purified meets the bardo of death, the outer appearing outer world, the inner moving sentient beings, and the appearances of the objects of the five desires, all become empty and desolate.
