Even in dreams, clinging to this body, for its survival, comfort, and beauty, one is tightly bound by various emotions of attachment and aversion, entangled everywhere, leading to delusion in endless cycles of existence, transforming into demons, evil spirits, goblins, and malevolent forces. Fearing harm to the body's sustenance, one suspects enemies; seeing the prospect of theft or robbery of wealth and possessions, one develops hatred towards them; when the body experiences illness and discomfort, one suspects ghosts; furthermore, desiring comfort for this body, hopeful thoughts arise towards all good things; fearing harm to the body, one suspects all bad things; when the body becomes ill, the body torments the mind; when the body experiences hunger and thirst, the body torments the mind; when the body experiences heat and cold, the body torments the mind; the experience of pleasure and pain spreads throughout the body, causing the mind to be drawn to evil realms, tormented by suffering; in all lifetimes, except for occasional moments of unconsciousness, this contaminated, appropriated body accompanies one like body and shadow, being the basis of various sufferings. Towards consciousness, have the concept of a corpse-carrying person; towards attachment, have the concept of a rope; towards dangerous places, have the concept of a graveyard; towards gods and demons, have the concept of birds and wild animals, giving alms through these five ways; at all times and in all ways, one should understand that this body is covered with beautiful and warm clothes; nourished with delicious, oily, and nutritious food; for this body, one undertakes difficulties; disregards fatigue; carries a great burden of suffering; permanently abandons the cause and effect of happiness, striving without contentment, and in the end, the flesh between skin and bones is exhausted, the skin is filled with wrinkles; the limbs become like sticks; the radiance fades, becoming like the greedy corpse's

And I, like an old man on a ladder, the steps become black and rotten; black hair turns white; teeth fall out, making speech difficult; eyes blur, making it hard to see the path; it becomes difficult to stand like carrying a corpse; it becomes difficult to sit like carrying a heavy burden; food eaten is not digested, causing intestinal rumbling and diarrhea; drinks consumed cannot be tolerated, causing frequent urination, and so on. All kinds of calamities and sufferings assail like a blizzard, making it impossible to find even a sesame seed's worth of happiness; this body, nourished, cannot survive; protected, cannot be saved; therefore, repeatedly contemplate the state of meaningless effort; in general, eating the fruit of omniscience makes one a flesh-eating demon; showing the appearance of birth and death in samsara makes one a death-dealer; cutting off the life-force of liberation makes one a killer; stealing the breath of happiness makes one a life-taker; making the impossible samsara possible makes one the nine kinds of existence-creating demons; tormenting for countless lifetimes makes one the ten kinds of tormenting demons; stealing the accumulation of merit and wisdom makes one a thief; the ignorance-born stupidity, naga demons, and earth lords; the malevolent magic of hating other places, malevolent male demons, and royal spirits; the desire for Oṃ (ཨོཾ，oṃ，唵，)! The illusion of attachment to appearances, malevolent female demons and ogresses; blocking the path of liberation, eighty thousand kinds of obstacles; dwelling in the city of the five aggregates, city ghosts and city wanderers; never satisfied, insatiable; causing one to break vows, oath-breaking demons; all ghosts, evil spirits, and elementals gather in this very body. Contemplating that it is not made of anything other than this tree, in order to cut off cherished clinging and eliminate the attachment to appearances, strive to engage in the offering of the body as the most essential point; also, regarding the identification of the body; internally, it is a deceptive body of appropriation with outflows; in between, it is a deceptive body of illusory appearances of desirable qualities; externally, it is a deceptive body of the actual appearances of the elements; the essence of all these is emptiness; Since the awareness that grasps emptiness as something real is mind, transfer the mind into the realm of mind; transform reality into a corpse; know that the giver, oneself, is like a magician; transforming the body at will is like a feast of magic; know that the place of giving is like a magically created marketplace; transforming the white offering into a heap of white three and sweet three, make offerings; transforming the colorful offering into a wealth of wish-fulfilling jewels and making offerings;
