At this place and time, eliminate the obstacles that prevent the channels and winds from functioning. Ultimately, purify the obscurations of speech, attain melodious sound, and become enlightened in the play of Vajra speech. Third, the method of training the mind: Keep the body still like a corpse in a charnel ground, without any movement. Keep the speech without speaking, like a mute. Keep the mind like a clear sky, without fabrication or alteration. Sometimes, adopt an angry posture and expression, and fiercely recite Hūṃ Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽吽), and let go of appearances without attachment. Sometimes, in the state of possessing the seven qualities of Vairochana, relax the mind without fabrication, and rest loosely. By practicing in this way for twenty-one days, the obscurations of the mind will be purified, and the naturally arising awareness will be seen, making it extremely necessary to enter the path. Hey! Awareness Vajra, listen well and keep it in mind. I will explain the order of actually practicing: The method of practicing the great transference, which possesses the great power of eyes, clairvoyance, and miraculous abilities, is as follows: The key point of the body is like the roar of a lion and the majesty of a dragon. Like an elephant lying down comfortably. Relying on the posture of sitting like a hermit observing things. The way of looking is to first look upwards, second to look straight ahead, and third to look downwards, you should know. The key point of speech is to learn to breathe slowly between the lips and teeth without touching. Stop all speech and recitation, and rest naturally in comfort. The key point of the mind is to relax and rest loosely. These three are subdued by the three bonds. Keep the body still like a corpse in a charnel ground, without moving. Keep the speech like a mute, staying silent. Keep the mind in the unchanging state of awareness. This is occupying the ground with the three stays. Relax the body, do not tighten it, do not seek tension, and let it rest naturally. Relax the speech, let the breath flow in and out without acceptance or rejection. Relax the mind, let the mental thoughts rest without acceptance or rejection. This is called resting in the state of the three relaxations. Furthermore, when the body and speech do not move, the channels and winds do not move. When they do not move, the doors and the mind of appearances do not move. This is pressing the key points with the three non-movements. When the body is upright, the channels
