The great wisdom that pervades the expanse of the primordially pure, boundary-free realm of reality, self-illuminating and self-manifesting, is the inexpressible awareness. To this, there are three: view, meditation, and conduct. What are the three? They are the view of no-thing-to-see, the meditation of no-grasping, and the conduct of no-alteration. There are also three: ground, path, and fruition. The ground is the great primordial liberation, the path is the great natural abiding, and the fruition is the great self-liberation. The spontaneous accomplishment of the three kayas is also like this: The dharmakaya, whose essence is pure from the beginning; the sambhogakaya, whose nature is spontaneously accomplished; the nirmanakaya, whose compassion pervades all. To this, the six paramitas are perfected all at once, Like this: non-grasping is generosity, non-confusion is discipline, non-change is patience, non-exertion is diligence, non-meditation is concentration, non-error is wisdom. This is the self-arisen buddha. Not straying from this state is also the ultimate refuge of the meaning of reality. It is also the mind of awakening in the meaning of the equal liberation of samsara and nirvana. Considering the dharmakaya Samantabhadra as the lama is also, considering all the buddhas of the three times as one essence and relying on them as yidams is also, merging the dakinis of the wisdom realm into the space of the nature of reality, Samantabhadri, without duality, and entering her womb is also, condensing all lineages and mandalas into one meaning and accomplishing it, this alone. Such a profound, secret, unsurpassed path has two opposing factors: the unprophesied and the temporarily manifest unprophesied. The former is like a blank emptiness, a stagnation of the power of awareness. The latter is the appearance of clarity in emptiness, which is also a stagnation of the power of awareness. Recognizing these two and leaving them in their own place, they naturally dissolve, rather than engaging in various thoughts and alterations. Awareness is the self-arisen buddha, so if it is left in its natural state, it is self-liberated, without the need for alteration. Abiding without any grasping, speculation, or conceptualization. To this, there are two: meditative equipoise and post-meditation. The former is the three un-contrived states: the body un-contrived, like a corpse in a charnel ground, abiding without movement; the speech un-contrived, in a state free from speech and expression

Stay. (Third,) without manipulating the mind, let it rest naturally and loosely. Relying on these three key points to practice, striving without being distracted by the three times is the supreme key point. In all activities, whether walking, staying, sitting, or lying down, not straying from the state of non-manipulation and natural abiding is the subsequent key point. Thus it was said. Furthermore, Rigpai Dorje asked: 'O Teacher, Bhagavan, please explain what is the cause of wandering in the three realms of samsara?' The Teacher replied: 'O son of noble family, the basis of wandering in samsara is the duality of grasping and being grasped. The guide that distinguishes samsara from nirvana is solely self-grasping, which is the grasping of a self in a person. The term "I" is devoid of a basis or root for imputation. For example, the head and limbs are not I; the minor limbs and joints are not I; flesh and bones are not I; blood and lymph are not I; the tibia and fibula are not I; teeth and nails are not I; hair and body hair are not I; there is no I in external objects; there is no I in the internal mind; there is no I in the body in between. Therefore, one should become accustomed to dismantling the grasping of a self in a person until it is nowhere to be found.' From this arises the grasping of a self in phenomena, which involves: searching for the basis of imputation for names; dismantling the clinging to permanence in things; attacking the vulnerabilities of benefit and harm; demolishing the false cave of hope and fear. There are four points in total. The first is: by examining the name of the body alone, one can understand everything. For example: the head is not the body; the hand is not the body; the ribs and spine are not the body; the foot and joints are not the body; flesh, blood, bones, tibia, and tendons are not the body. Similarly, the hand itself is not; the fingers are not the hand; the wrist is not; the arm is not; the shoulder blade is not; flesh, skin, and bones are also not. The term "foot" also does not refer to the hip; the thigh and heel Om The shin and toes are also not. The term "thigh" also does not refer to flesh, bones, tibia, and tendons. Similarly, one should search for the basis of imputation for external objects separately. For example, the term "house" does not refer to earth and stones; wood and walls are also not. Similarly, one should thoroughly examine all bases of imputation from their respective aspects and dismantle them until they are nowhere to be found. Second, the method for examining whether all appearing phenomena exist in a truly established manner is as follows:
