The sickness of time, if seen as true, one falls into straying paths, either dying prematurely or being deluded by adverse circumstances. Sometimes, various unbearable pains arise in the mind, and all sorts of joyful and satisfying appearances arise, all of which are secretly stirring the mind's Great Om Joy and sorrow, if clung to and held as true, one wanders astray and will not attain liberation. Suffering in the mind, pain in the heart and life force, groaning and weeping due to pain, all sights and feelings manifest as the nature of suffering, wanting to escape to a place where there are no people; Unable to settle down, when arriving at a solitary place, one enjoys the company of friends and animals; desires and thirst arise, yet one cannot stay there either; If controlled by attachment and clinging to this, striving for ways to seek happiness, know that one has fallen into straying paths. Being scattered in body, speech, and mind due to fear of suffering, barely making a living, is a very serious mistake. Some, weary and fed up with the suffering of unease in their heart and life force, travel to many towns and villages, which seems helpful; but returning to their home and other places, after not many days, the same uneasy pain arises as before, wanting to leave again, such a person is wasting their life Some people's minds are filled with doubt and hesitation, wondering if there will ever be a time to make a decision, so they repeatedly travel to many places, wasting their lives. Some misunderstand and hold onto the teacher's instructions incorrectly, thus developing wrong views; some think that their own practice has gone wrong, constantly regretting and thinking about what to do; wondering if it would be helpful to go to another famous spiritual friend, so they go to visit; but none of the spiritual friends of today, in this era, understand the essence of this path and the arising of experience, etc., because they are afraid of diminishing their reputation, they cannot say "I don't know" or "I'm not familiar," some teach some psychological adjustments, and say that your practice has gone astray; and some

Saying that your guru does not know how to guide, so he has gone astray, saying it like this, and teaching some of the teachings that he knows but have not been understood, and praising them; some people think that he is able to transfer his mind. Reciting with a loud voice, I focus, you merge your mind, all the grounds and paths are completed at the same moment, such shouting is very many. If that were the case, then the mindstream of the Buddha should have been transferred to sentient beings, and samsara should have been emptied long ago! In particular, all the Buddha's retinue, Śrāvakas and Pratyekabuddhas, should also merge their minds with the Buddha, and if the Buddha's mind can be transferred, then why not expand from the smaller vehicle to the larger vehicle, and continuously rise higher and higher? Do not be attached to the high-sounding claim of "transferring the mindstream"! Some people think that I have no attachment to the eight worldly dharmas, and some people's own continuums have not improved at all from before, but they are attached to various appearances, indulging in confusion, and those blind people who do not examine say that I have reached the place where the nature of reality is exhausted, and the thought arises that "my confusion has disappeared". To these, those who are learned and virtuous will surely be very ashamed, and will strike them with the weapons of scripture and reason! Therefore, those who enter this path, must be careful. Even if you practice other dharmas, you will not be able to attain the supreme state of liberation in this very life, so the demons will not be jealous or hateful, and will not create obstacles. If this path reaches the end, then in this one lifetime, one will be liberated from the rule of the demon king and his powerful army, and go to the realm of the Buddha, the demons will be jealous and hateful, and will begin to create obstacles, preparing to create obstacles, and will show deceptive illusions in the realm of appearances. Therefore, without being swayed by obstacles, practicing single-mindedly, the light will greatly increase, and just by abiding in meditation, all appearances will be filled with light and bindus without any gaps. Looking at impure appearances with the eyes, it appears like seeing ordinary appearances, like the eyes seeing bubbles. Just remembering the light, the dharmadhatu bindu or the calf
