When my own nature manifests, all impure appearances dissolve into the Dharmadhatu, and knowing the way to enter the realm of nowhere is the crucial key to Tögal, so be sure to know it! If you do not understand this key point, no matter how much you practice Tögal, you will go astray into the path of grasping and clinging, and you will not be able to travel the path of liberation. Therefore, you must truly understand that all of samsara and nirvana are inseparable from the self-manifesting nature, and ultimately transform all impure samsaric mind appearances into the luminosity of Dharmata by force. Therefore, this is the instruction of the Great Transference. With the wisdom of realizing selflessness, truly know the entrance to this path, and with the vast eye of wisdom, manifest the Dharmata that transcends the mind, the primordial purity, the Dharmadhatu free from elaboration. It is not like practicing hidden darkness, nor is it like creating with conceptual thought, but with the eye of wisdom, directly seeing the spontaneously accomplished precious Dharmadhatu, the luminous nature of space, and practicing this instruction: First, if the body is not restrained by the posture of sitting, then the Dharmadhatu and bindu, as well as the elements of wind, will be scattered throughout all the channels of the body, and will not be able to manifest. For example, if a snake is tied in a knot, its limbs will be hidden, but if the knot is untied, they will appear. Therefore, the posture itself is very important. Among them, the first is the lion posture: the soles of both feet are together, placed on the ground in front, the hands hold the vajra fist, pressed on the ground, and look upwards at the sky, this is the posture and way of looking of the Dharmakaya. The posture of the Sambhogakaya is: both knees and elbows are pressed on the ground, the hands the palms support the cheeks, the soles of the feet face outwards, and the gaze remains straight. However, if the luminous appearance does not manifest, look alternately left, right, up, and down, and remain in the place where it is clearest. The posture of the Nirmanakaya is: the soles of both feet are placed on the ground, the knees and chest are close together, the hands cover the knees, the fingers are crossed like eyes, the back is straightened, and the gaze is directed downwards. Therefore, the key to the posture is that the posture of the Dharmakaya can calm the winds of affliction, so the soles of the feet must be joined together.

To cut off the path of the causes of affliction, the vajra fist is placed on the ground. By gazing upwards, the vision of wisdom is opened. The soles of the feet of the Sambhogakaya posture facing outwards cause the winds to flow smoothly. Knees and chest together equalize hot and cold. The four joints touching the ground block the impure doors. The palms of the hands supporting the cheeks equalize bliss and emptiness. Keeping the gaze straight ahead clarifies wisdom in its natural state. The Nirmanakaya posture is the power of karma winds.

To eliminate the problem of heat increasing in the eyes during the day, and to gain stability in luminosity, one should also look at the moon in the same way. When looking at a lamp at night, look at the lamp with eyes half-closed. At first, one will not see anything other than what looks like a pile of red and yellow grass bundles. In the middle, the appearance of space and the movement of bindus will appear. Finally, the appearance of space and bindus will appear beautiful, clear, bright, and vast. Completion Om (藏文:ཨོཾཿ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,English literal meaning: Om): The body does not move, staying like a corpse in a cemetery; speech does not move, abandoning all speech and recitation, not letting air out of the nostrils, but stopping it from the mouth. Placing it gently without fabrication, abiding in the key point of being free from the effort of holding the channels and winds, and without modifying the mind, manifesting the state of luminosity spreading, abiding without moving. Wherever you stay, straighten your body, so that all the channels and winds will be straightened, and the mind and awareness will be emptied, thereby stabilizing the mind. In this vehicle, there is an explanation of the channels and bindus of one's own path, called Ati Anu, so one must know its state as it is. The impure, afflicted, coarse manifestation of wind and mind is the mouth, and the subtle, hidden door of afflicted wind and mind is the nostrils. The reason for this is that the channels in the lungs, called the in-and-out breath, are filled, and if they increase greatly, they will cause heat diseases, and if they decrease, they will cause cold diseases, and if they run straight, they will balance heat and cold. The appearance of the mind, such as the attachment of conceptual thoughts, will produce twenty-one thousand six hundred thoughts in one day and night. Therefore, although the method of forcefully binding the wind and mind by those who hold the channels and winds is profound, the obstacles and errors in it are extremely great. There are six lamps of the ground of reality, which are the doors of the manifestation of wisdom, and the door of the manifestation of wisdom is the eyes. The path of controlling appearances with wisdom, the subtle and hidden door of wisdom is the ears, so one must practice its sound. The door of the manifestation of wisdom is the luminosity that appears as a dark guide, and one must practice luminosity. In order to make the immaculate eyes manifest, the entrance is the appearance of dreams, luminosity, and through being accustomed to illusion and transformation,
