To the great terrifying powerful one, by entrusting this blazing Mount Meru, all enemies, obstacles, evil spirits, and harm-doers, may I obtain the power of summoning, liberating, suppressing, and entrusting! Śatruṃ Amuka Māraya Phaṭ (Śatruṃ Amuka Māraya Phaṭ, Enemy Amuka Kill) Then entrust the torma, thinking that the Yaksha wisdom being and his retinue are completely perfect: Hūṃ! To the holy vidyādhara mantra holder, bestow the empowerment of the complete torma of the mandala, having obtained the power to accomplish, may you be a friend who never departs for an instant, and may all vast activities be completely accomplished! Maṇḍala Baliṃta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (Maṇḍala Baliṃta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ, Mandala Offering Empowerment Hūṃ) Then hand the torma to the student, place the samaya water on the tongue, and sprinkle it on the torma: Hoḥ! This is what the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have promised with their mouths and seen with their eyes, possessing unsurpassed great aspiration. Holy mantra holder, you, and the two Yaksha executioners, red and black, may you never be separated for an instant! Yogi, you should make offerings; powerful protectors, accomplish the activities. This is an order, do not violate it; this is a vow, do not break it; this is an oath.
