Upon the crown of Uma, supremely manifest and exalted, the great chief of all Dharma protectors, in ultimate truth, you have attained perfect and complete enlightenment, yet in conventional truth, you arise as the fierce and untamed form of worldly pride. Rutho! Until the end of samsara, you are the lord of the teachings, the protector of vow-bound yogis; for those who break their vows, you are the executioner of their lives; in the past, Samantabhadra Heruka himself bestowed empowerment; thereafter, the powerful Hayagriva and Vajravarahi, father and mother, blessed you; thereafter, the teacher, the Bhagavan (Shakyamuni Buddha), prophesied to the future lord of liberation (Maitreya Buddha), and you vowed to be the protector of the sacred Dharma until then; there, the secret lord Vajradhara entrusted you with the treasury of all secret mantra tantras; thereafter, the great vidyadhara Padmakara Thotreng Tsal (Padmasambhava) enthroned you as the guardian of the secret terma; such a supreme deity, merely by relying on you, subdues beings; merely by practicing, siddhis are quickly attained; merely by seeing, you captivate the minds of beings; merely by remembering, you bestow supreme bliss; with immeasurable compassion, the rays of your activity gather the three realms and subdue the three existences; with the power of immeasurable qualities, you gather samsara vast and boundless; with the power of immeasurable compassion, you transform existence (samsara) into nirvana; possessing the swift and miraculous power to transcend the three realms in an instant; possessing the clear-seeing omniscience that distinguishes between good and bad, virtue and vice; possessing glorious and overwhelming power, you are superior to all; possessing the qualities of joy and bliss, you attract the minds of all; possessing fierce radiance, you subdue all; possessing the four activities, you control all; the white conch rosary of pacification; the golden vase of treasure for increasing; the red iron hook and lasso for magnetizing; the wrathful, dark blue razor and lasso; Uma Devi, who increases joy and bliss; the four dakinis who have mastered the four activities; and the seventy glorious lords who appear as the play of skillful means, to you all, I offer inexhaustible outer, inner, and secret clouds of offerings, with the wheel of precious ornaments! I offer! I invoke! I dedicate! May you be greatly pleased!
