Na, fulfilling the oath of the ocean, fulfilling the oath of arrogant men and women, fulfilling the oath of the eight classes of gods and demons, the substances for fulfilling the oath are: the seven uses and the five desires, nectar medicine and balita, the ocean of red blood, and the great essence of bliss, bodhicitta, the union and liberation of Tana Gana, and all kinds of manifest vessels and essences, fulfilling the oath of the ocean of oath-holders, may fulfillment be granted, bestow empowerment and siddhi. Kye! Listen, assembly of the three roots and oath-holders, from beginningless time, I and my retinue, bound by ignorance, through delusion, all the transgressions and breakages committed, without concealing or hiding, I confess and repent. Originally, it is the self-aware Samantabhadrī, abiding in the uncreated dharmakāya, having not realized and entered the wrong path, whatever transgressions committed through the delusion of grasping and attachment, in the nature of reality, I confess in the state of play. Having entered the gate of the path of maturation and liberation, the vows and commitments undertaken, whether consciously or unconsciously, compelled by circumstances, all the root and branch vows, all the breakages and transgressions, I confess to the assembly of the three kāyas of dakinis. After entering the door of practice and mandala, the appearance is the mandala of the deity, the sound is the mandala of the mantra, and the thought is the mandala of the mind, the delusions and breakages of non-realization, I confess to the assembly of the three kāyas of dakinis. The essence is the empty palace, the self-aware Samantabhadra dharmakāya, abiding in the play of the assembly of awareness, not realizing and grasping the appearance as real, clinging to duality in the object, astray on the wrong path, deluded in samsara, transgressions, breakages, and deluded thoughts, I confess to the assembly of the three kāyas of dakinis. Grant the supreme siddhi of Brahma, recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Vam! From the heart essence of the profound secret dakini, the secret wisdom of the dakini, the source of all siddhis of the fulfillment and collection abides. Namo Guru Padmakaraye! Agaggha! Accumulating all desired siddhis, transforming with wisdom samadhi, expanding into an inexhaustible wheel of adornment, blessing as the nectar of body, speech, and mind. Hum Hrih! From the palace of the unborn ground, fulfilling the oath of the lama dharmakāya, from the play of the spontaneously accomplished great bliss of the ground appearance, fulfilling the oath of the lama sambhogakāya, from the great pervasive wisdom of the ground essence, fulfilling the oath of the lama nirmāṇakāya.
