That (Tibetan: ན) is accomplished. The self-nature is unceasingly clear, bright, distinct, and radiant. This itself is primordially accomplished as the embodiment of the Sambhogakaya's secret wisdom Dakini. The unceasing display of compassionate skill, without partiality, this itself is the Nirmanakaya Dakini, the Great Bliss Queen, from the very beginning. The unceasing self-force of that, appearing in various ways, this itself is without location, transparent, self-arising, self-liberating, and equal. These appear as the self-nature of uncertain and immeasurable Dakinis. Do not seek elsewhere! If you seek, you will fall into the entanglements of doubt about a certain place, how can you attain liberation? It is complete in itself from the beginning, it cannot be accomplished elsewhere. BHRLOṂ. Therefore, appearance is clear light. The King of All Actions, Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri, all thoughts are purified from their own place, thereby recognizing it as the play of the Dakinis, and gain certainty! It is certain that liberation is attained by merely recognizing and believing. Then take up the curved knife and the phurba. HŪṂ. The curved knife that subdues the three realms, and this phurba that completely liberates samsara, by entrusting this to you, the fortunate one, may you gain the power to subdue the three realms, and the power to completely liberate samsara! At the end of the root mantra: SARVA GAṆA ABHIṢIÑCA ĀḤ. Then take up the homa and the ladle for pouring. HŪṂ. The wisdom deity that pervades samsara and nirvana, in the homa mouth of the face of phenomenal existence, transforming the vessel and its contents into the nature of nectar, and generating the lineage of the five poisons and the three poisons, the power to burn and offer the enemies and obstructors, may you completely and fully obtain it all! OṂ VAJRA KROṬA DAGRA BAGEGA JVALA RAṂ GANA ABHIṢIÑCA. Then entrust the lingam and the substitute substances. HOḤ. Having made the cause of clinging to self, and the enemies and obstructors who mislead external appearances, the power to summon, kill, suppress, and burn them all without remainder, all of these completely and fully, fortunate May you obtain it! GURU DHEVA ḌĀKINĪ SARVA SAMAYA. SARVA GAṆA ABHIṢIÑCA ĀḤ. Then first take up the damaru. HOḤ. The damaru that equally unites samsara and nirvana, by entrusting this to you, the fortunate one, may you obtain the power to transform samsara into great nirvana without abandoning it! ABHIṢIÑCA. Secondly, take up the vajra and bell. HŪṂ. With the vajra, the nature of skillful means, and the bell, the nature of wisdom, empower the fortunate son! May you obtain the power to realize all dharmas in the uncontrived state of dharmata, unborn! ĀḤ VAJRA DHARMA YA HRĪḤ DA YA ABHIṢIÑCA A.

তৃতীয় (第三) 腿骨号角，霍！悦耳而修长的人腿号角，托付给有缘之子，证悟无我智慧，统摄三界，获得权势！ ཨཱཿ སརྦ་དྷརྨ་ག་ག་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ sarva dharma gagana abhiṣiñca āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊！一切法，虚空，灌顶。啊！）第四，手持人皮地基，霍！广大庄严的整张人皮，托付给有缘之子，令我执之显现寂灭于无我之境，二元显现于自解脱之境消散，威慑三有，获得完全解脱轮回之权势！ཨཱཿ སརྦ་ངྷརྨ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཕཊ༔ ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ sarva dharma kāya phaṭ abhiṣiñca āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊！一切法身，呸！灌顶。啊！） བྲཾ།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：bhrāṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）第五，交付镜子，霍！于无有明暗之智慧中，普作王（昆吉嘉波）转移之，幻身会供事业，令众生解脱之权势获得！ཨོཾ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ངྷརྨ་ཀཱ་ཡ་སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ jñāna dharma kāya sarva abhiṣiñca āḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡！智慧，法身，一切，灌顶。啊！）第六，手持白色“阿”字，霍！“阿”字乃无生、无灭、无住三者，广大周遍之大母圆满其意，托付给有缘之子，于无生法身中解脱，成就利益天魔众生之事，于一刹那间成佛之，法性周遍广大之权势获得！ 第七，于五明点之中，五手印，嗡啊吽梭哈，指示其处所，吽！一切善逝如来之，身语意功德事业，此乃圆满一切之灌顶，托付于有缘之你，于续部大海之坛城中，讲说听闻修持辩论著作之，殊胜权势圆满获得！成熟解脱后利益众生之事，无碍成就！ཨོཾ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཙཀྲ་སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ jñāna cakra sarva abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡！智慧，轮，一切，灌顶。吽！）身体之业障清净，身之誓言破损得以恢复，宝瓶身之灌顶获得！ 乃是观修身体为本尊之权势，最终获得与金刚身无二无别之权势。之后，手持颅器甘露，吽！智慧颅器中甘露回旋，母众空行母之大海，语之精华融入于此，注入有缘之你的口中，风脉业障得以清净，秘密语之灌顶获得！ཨཱཿསརྦ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཝཱཀ་ཧྲཱིཿ ད་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ sarva jñāna ḍākinī vāk hrīḥ daya abhiṣiñca āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊！一切智慧，空行母，语，赫利，慈悲，灌顶。啊！）之后，手持咒鬘，吽！一切母众空行母之，语之精髓咒语之鬘，授予有缘之子灌顶！ 语之业障清净，恢复破损之誓言，念诵

All the Sugata Buddhas', body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, this is the empowerment that completely perfects everything, entrusted to you, the fortunate one, in the mandala of the ocean of tantras, may you fully obtain the supreme power of teaching, listening, meditating, practicing, debating, and composing!
