By spreading it extensively to fill the sky, transform the clouds into wisdom fire. Fill the entire sky with wrathful deities, sealing it without change. By this, the hail clouds will surely be pacified. Secondly, when hail clouds appear, visualize yourself as a wisdom dakini, from whose heart emanates a wrathful mother. The hail surrounding you, as well as the sky, space, and earth, Are filled without any gaps. Threaten the eight classes of hail-bringers and hail-lords, male and female. Visualize expelling them to eight yojanas away. Recite the mantra, make the threatening mudra, and think of destroying the delusion of the eight classes.
