All the lamas, buddhas, bodhisattvas, yidams, and dakinis residing in the sky in front dissolve into Machig (Machig Labdrön)! Machig descends from the crown of my head and dissolves into me, thinking that my body, speech, and mind are inseparably blended with the secret three places of the lama, I relax and expand into the vast realm, reciting Phat and remaining in equipoise! Samaya! This is the essence of all dharmas, the main deity of all practices and mandalas. Without relying on this, all qualities arise in the continuum like a lotus born from fire. Samaya! Keep these key points of practice in mind, combine them with the right time, and engage in visualization and recitation. Then enter into special practice. For this, in the samsara of the three realms, the root of confusion and wandering is mind and mental factors. In order to implement this key point, Samaya! First is the body.
