Na! These enemies and obstructing demons who have broken their vows have inflicted violence upon me and are fighting each other! Suppressing each other! Now they threaten the lives of myself and the patrons (benefactors), and inflict intense suffering and torment upon us, therefore, now is the time to subdue them. Here, I urge the fierce activity of subduing and suppressing these enemies and evil deeds. I beseech you not to abandon them with compassion, but to consider being my army, friends, and protectors! Om Vajra Samaya Rulu Rulu Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: ओँ वज्र समय रुलु रुलु हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ vajra samaya rulu rulu hūṃ, Literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Samaya, Rulu, Rulu, Hum)! The time for Abhicharya (Tibetan: ཨ་བྷི་ཙརྻ, Devanagari: अभिचर, Romanized Sanskrit: abhičara, Literal meaning: Fierce Mantra) has come! Focus is on this very moment! Hey! Listen, consider, victorious ones with steadfast resolve! Lineage lamas and vidyadharas, please remember your vows! Yidam heroes, ocean of deities, please remember your vows! Mother tantra wisdom dakinis, please remember your vows! Dakinis and powerful walkers, please remember your vows! Dharma protectors, ocean of oath-bound ones, please remember your vows! Local deities and male and female earth lords, please remember your vows! I am an innocent yogi abiding in my natural state! Without autonomy, I am repeatedly destroyed by circumstances! Now, I am made unable to abide in my own power! I am innocent, upright, and wise! From countless eons ago! I have been deceived by deceivers into the abyss of samsara! Far removed from the path to higher liberation! Heavy burdens of suffering are placed upon those who have no suffering! Now, even in this moment of precious leisure and opportunity! I seek the Dharma, striving to abandon evil deeds! Yet, male and female enemies who commit misdeeds rise up as foes! The deceptive agents of the dark forces of demons swarm forth! Obstructing the practice of the sacred Dharma! Wise ones, please consider with your wisdom! Those who possess non-abandoning wisdom and compassion, please have mercy! If you always protect your army with vows! Now, please come to my aid! If you, as guardians of the command, abide in your vows! Now is the time to slay the enemies and obstructing demons who have broken their vows! If there is power in acting according to the Dharma! Now is the time to slay the enemies and obstructing demons who oppress! If the Three Jewels possess true power! Now is the time to subdue the deceiving dark forces of demons! If there are wise ones, please consider with wisdom! Please grant me your help with compassionate hearts! Please consider! I beseech the non-deceiving wisdom deities to consider! We, the Dharma-practicing yogis who hold vows! If you abandon us with compassion, who else can we rely on? What is the meaning of diligently engaging in meditation and practice?

知晓吧，谛听吧，誓言金刚之语！誓言之时已到，班杂 萨玛雅（藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体：वज्र समय，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samaya，金刚誓言）！ 奇！三传承上师请作为见证和证人谛听！本尊坛城诸尊请作为见证和证人谛听！ 母众空行，护法神男女，瑜伽士我虽无罪无过，然如法行事亦有罪业暗中滋生，如理行事亦有不如理之诽谤，修禅苦行亦被欺骗之魔所夺，独处之时亦有邪魔鬼怪骤然兴起，凶残违誓之邪魔鬼怪恶业，无论如何逃脱亦无法逃脱终将降临，无论如何隐藏亦无法逃脱终将被擒获，纵然献祭赎罪亦无济于事反而愈加猖獗，逃脱追赶隐藏擒获无有逃脱之法，故不情愿亦只得依赖猛烈的威力，莫散乱莫迟疑，智慧本尊坛城诸尊，违誓破坏佛法之恶业邪魔鬼怪， 以此，将神圣的佛法颠倒为虚假而破坏，以此，贬低三宝的尊严，以此，加害无辜的众生，以此，破坏寺院僧团的 清规戒律，以兵器刺伤不应伤害的僧众之身，以离间分裂不可分离的道友，以此，建立不善罪恶的审判场， 以此，断绝善良的十善道，诽谤智慧本尊，使具信者退转，侮辱诋毁护法誓言神，将真实的佛法当作虚假的商品来谈论，以此，加害具相上师之身，瑜伽士我的身命已落入债主的掌握，如是罪恶违誓之恶业者，无论身在何处，迅速抓捕并 诛杀！诸位，誓言和心愿之时已到，莫散乱莫迟疑，上师三宝，现在就请立即行持猛烈的降伏事业！以智慧和事业成就的 一切教敕护法神，请享用此供品祭品血食朵玛，行持诛杀违誓邪魔鬼怪的事业！善恶的掌控者。 吽！追随誓言，守护超越世间和世间法则的，所有密咒教敕护法神，请享用此供品祭品血食朵玛，行持诛杀违誓邪魔鬼怪的事业！以神力威力神通无所不能的，迅速敏捷具力之地方神祇土地神，请享用供品祭

Know this, listen well, the vajra words of promise! The time for the vow has come, Vajra Samaya (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体：वज्र समय，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samaya，Diamond Pledge)! Kye! The three lineage lamas, please listen as witnesses and testifiers! Yidam deity assembly, please listen as witnesses and testifiers! Mother assembly dakinis, male and female Dharma protectors, the yogi, though I am innocent and without fault, yet even when acting according to Dharma, sins arise secretly; even when acting properly, improper slanders occur; even when meditating and practicing, I am robbed by deceiving demons; even when alone, enemies and obstacles suddenly arise; this cruel, vow-breaking, evil karma of enemies and obstacles, no matter how I flee, I cannot escape, it will eventually come; no matter how I hide, I cannot escape, I will eventually be captured; even when offering sacrifices for atonement, it is of no use, but becomes even more rampant; fleeing, chasing, hiding, capturing, there is no way to escape, so unwillingly I must rely on fierce power; do not be distracted, do not delay, wisdom deity assembly, this vow-breaking, Dharma-destroying, evil karma of enemies and obstacles, with this, they distort the sacred Buddha Dharma into falsehood and destroy it; with this, they degrade the dignity of the Three Jewels; with this, they harm innocent sentient beings; with this, they destroy the monastic rules of the monastery and sangha; they stab the bodies of monks who should not be harmed with weapons; they divide inseparable Dharma brothers and sisters with discord; with this, they establish a court of unwholesome sins, with this, they cut off the path of goodness, the ten virtues; they slander the wisdom deities, causing faithful ones to turn away; they insult and denigrate the Dharma-protecting oath-bound ones; they discuss the true Dharma as if it were a false commodity; with this, they harm the body of the qualified lama; the life and body of the yogi have fallen into the hands of creditors; such sinful, vow-breaking, evil karma perpetrators, wherever they may be, quickly seize and destroy them! All of you, the time for your vows and aspirations has come; do not be distracted, do not delay, lamas and Three Jewels, now, immediately perform the fierce subjugation activity! With the wisdom and activity accomplished all the Dharma-protecting guardians of the command, please accept this offering, libation, and blood-torma, perform the activity of destroying the vow-breaking enemies and obstacles! Controllers of good and bad. Hum! Following the vow, guarding the transcendent and mundane principles, all the secret mantra command Dharma protectors, please accept this offering, libation, and blood-torma, perform the activity of destroying the vow-breaking enemies and obstacles!
