乃因无明所使然，对于诸佛之教言与上师之圣旨，不如实奉行而轻蔑学 问，对于金刚上师之师兄弟姊妹，口出邪见恶念之语，实际行使殴打凌辱损害之事，本尊与坛城之显现不清明，念诵不净有错漏，应保密者与应交付者却说了，宣扬秘密之十事并欺骗上师，坦白并忏悔根本誓言之违犯，应行持之五种誓言， 应知之五事与应成之五事，不应舍弃之五事与应接受之五事，支分誓言之违犯坦白并忏悔，近修、修持、三摩地之誓言疏忽，初一、十五、六时之法会中断。 托！懒惰积聚，聚会时放逸，精华残余衰败，口头承诺落空，或觉知或不觉知，因缘所致，三门不谨慎之誓言违犯皆忏悔。 意之誓言违犯以见解忏悔，彼即是阿赖耶识菩提心，领悟是空性之见解，无有非空性之修习，领悟无有是空性之行持。 无有希冀与恐惧之菩提心，根本支分一切誓言，未曾发生未曾产生者，于无有忏悔者与所忏悔之二者中，于原始清净广阔之虚空中解脱。 嗡 班匝 萨埵 萨玛雅（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ས་མ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रसत्त्व समय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrasattva samaya，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚萨埵，誓言），等等尽力念诵百字明，以此所有之违犯、过失、罪堕，如擦拭镜子般清净，获得殊胜与共同之成就，圆满福德智慧之广大资粮，于持明者诸佛之刹土中解脱，忏悔罪堕之殊胜对治，时时恒常精勤修持，是不欺惑之决定金刚语，交付于护法傲慢九兄弟，未来三十争斗时，我即化现为降魔金刚。 以甚深之伏藏调伏所化，于心间、脐间、耳后，有猪面之印记，交付于具缘之子，切记！若未与具缘者相遇，勿使伏藏孔穴破裂与落入他人之手，时时珍藏于秘密之处。 后世修行之人，愿一切之寿命与事业增上，对于曲解佛法、捏造谎言之人，勿使落入其手，阿汤印！秘密身语意之印，萨玛雅！印印印！手印融入！ 此乃噶旺都炯多杰从伏藏取出，最终应弟子多种自解脱与钦绕嘉措隆钦多杰等之再三劝请，从黄纸上抄写。

Due to the power of ignorance, not practicing the Buddha's teachings and the Guru's instructions as they are, disparaging the learned; speaking words of wrong views and evil thoughts to the Vajra Guru's brothers and sisters; actually engaging in beating, insulting, and harming; the appearance of deities and mandalas is unclear; recitations are impure and flawed; speaking of what should be kept secret and what should be entrusted; proclaiming the ten secrets and deceiving the Guru; confessing and repenting the violation of the root vows; the five vows to be practiced, the five things to be known and the five things to be accomplished; the five things not to be abandoned and the five things to be accepted; confessing and repenting the violation of branch vows; neglecting the vows of approach, accomplishment, and samadhi; breaking the six-session feasts on the first and fifteenth days of the month. To! Lazily accumulating, being careless in gatherings; the essence and leftovers are decaying, verbal promises are broken; whether consciously or unconsciously, due to circumstances, confessing all violations of the three doors' vows of carelessness. Confessing the violation of the mind's vows with views; that is, the Alaya consciousness Bodhicitta; realizing the view of emptiness; practicing the non-emptiness; realizing the conduct of non-emptiness. The Bodhicitta without hope and fear; all root and branch vows; those that have not happened and have not arisen; in the absence of both confessor and confessed, liberated in the vast space of primordial purity. Taming the disciples with profound treasures; on the heart, navel, behind the ears, there is a mole marked with the face of a pig; entrusting to the fortunate son, remember! If not meeting with the fortunate one, do not let the treasure hole break or fall into the hands of others, always treasure it in a secret place. For future practitioners, may all their lives and activities increase; for those who distort the Dharma and fabricate lies, do not let them fall into their hands, Atam seal!
