Born from the cause of clinging, the enemy and obstacles of self-grasping ignorance, visualize them as the essence of the seven transgressions. Vajrakilaya (Tibetan: ཕུར་པ་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ), perfect the activities of the Buddhas of the three times. May the power and authority to liberate beings from the three realms arise! Next is the activity of summoning: Hūṃ! Arouse the samaya of the assembly of authentic deities, the time to emanate manifestations has come, the time for magical power to arise has come. The enemy and obstacles of the seven transgressions, wherever they may dwell in the three realms, may the one with the iron hook seize them from the heart, may the one with the noose bind them from the neck, may the one with the iron chain bind their limbs, may the one with the bell intoxicate them. Seize, strike, hit their form, make them inseparable from the object of visualization. Oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ!
