所有成就无遗漏， 如蓝空烟雾般消散， 鼻尖前方的虚空清明。 从两鼻孔吸入智慧风， 如檀香烟雾般引入， 从单行道进入中脉， 如幼苗被儿子栽种般， 中脉伸展且向内收缩。 缓慢吸气直至充满腹部， 左右各三次用力挤压， 如箭般缓慢呼出时， 精华压于脐下， 糟粕向外呼出。 当气息向上涌动时， 放下知觉，放松身心， 上行气与下泄气， 通过生起次第气净化。 火伴气与遍行气， 拙火即智慧之火本身， 是净化的殊胜道， 脐间阿夏（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）让（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）之火， 显现为五种智慧的体性， 体性显现为安乐的自性， 所触。 热的顶端锐利， 具备根基稳固的特征， 显现为诸佛之母的体性， 不净的糟粕明点等， 净化于顶轮白色吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字。 拙火向上燃烧，以安乐暖热， 明点向下滴落，散布于脉中， 脉界勇士空行母的， 殊胜城市中供奉欢喜供， 思维得灌顶，生起四喜， 广大增长脉气明点的界， 加持殊胜智慧气， 拙火智慧燃烧之火， 以乐空智慧甘露， 净化转移至智慧轮， 广大增长五大浊身， 净化为五身之游戏， 广大增长能取与所取， 烧毁二障习气分别念， 虚空所遍容器与精华， 被火与中脉气所遍及， 一切融入火气明点中， 越来越小越来越细如前， 脉气明点自生本尊， 一切显现为精华凝聚的体性。 如是重复七次， 这些紧 पकड़于禅定要点， 平息逆行气于自处， 解开脉之结， 所有障碍违缘。 嗡（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！ 为了强制摧毁， 进行金刚身之幻轮， 为了根除无明黑暗， 外器世界所有一切， 消融于广大遍布之大空性中， 从五大界扩展开来， 由光所成的地基， 广大宽阔平坦美丽， 五种智慧的火焰燃烧， 其中心莲花日垫。

All accomplishments without exception, Like a blue clear mist dissipating, Clear in the sky directly above the tip of the nose. From the two nostrils, draw in wisdom wind, Like incense smoke, draw it in, From the single path, enter the central channel, Like a sprout planted by a son, The central channel stretches and contracts inward. Inhale slowly until the stomach is full, Press forcefully three times on the left and right, When exhaling slowly like an arrow, Press the essence below the navel, Expel the impurities outward. When the breath rushes upward, Release awareness, relax the body and mind, The upward-moving wind and the downward-clearing wind, Purify with the arising and entering winds. Fire-accompanying wind and pervasive wind, Tummo, the fire of wisdom itself, Is the supreme path of purification, In the navel, the fire of A-sha (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) Ram (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), Manifests as the essence of the five wisdoms, The essence manifests as the nature of bliss, That which is touched. The tip of the heat is sharp, Possessing the characteristic of a stable foundation, Manifests as the essence of the mother of all Buddhas, The impure, dross bindus, etc., Purify at the crown chakra with the white Hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) syllable. Tummo blazing upward with the warmth of bliss, The bindus drip downward, spreading into the channels, In the supreme city of the channel realm of heroes and dakinis, Offer joyful offerings, Thinking of empowerment, generate the four joys, The realm of channels, winds, and bindus greatly expands, Blessings of supreme wisdom wind, Tummo, the fire of blazing wisdom, With the nectar of bliss-emptiness wisdom, Purify and transfer to the wisdom wheel, The impure body of the great elements greatly expands, Purify as the play of the five bodies, The grasping and the grasped greatly expand, Burn the habitual tendencies of the two obscurations of conceptual thought, All containers and contents pervaded by space, Pervaded by fire, central channel, and wind, Everything dissolves into fire, wind, and bindus, Smaller and smaller, finer and finer as before, The channel-winds-bindus self-generation deity, Everything manifests as the essence of condensed quintessence. Repeat this seven times, Hold these tightly as the key points of meditation, Pacify the reversing wind in its own place, Untie the knots of the channels, All obstacles and adverse conditions. Oneself is Buddha Kilaya, dark blue with one face and two arms, the right hand holds an iron wheel in the sky, the left hand holds an iron stake to suppress. The vessel and essence of the Dharmadhatu wisdom, are clear as the wheel of support and supported. With the delusion wheel transformed by the Vajra dance, the delusion of ignorance is destroyed in the Dharmadhatu. The great bliss wheel All the knots of the veins, without exception, think of them as loosened and destroyed as the key point, manifest the Dharmadhatu wisdom. Oneself is white Vajra Kilaya, the right hand holds a golden vajra in the sky, the left hand holds a silver stake to suppress the earth. The vessel and essence are like a mirror of wisdom, clear as the wheel of support and supported. With the delusion wheel of the Vajra dance, the wheel of anger and delusion is destroyed. The knots of the Dharma wheel, after being completely and thoroughly liberated, think of manifesting the mirror-like wisdom. Oneself is yellow Ratna Kilaya, the right hand holds a precious axe in the sky, the left hand holds a golden stake to suppress. The equality wisdom of appearance and existence, is clear as the wheel of support and supported. With the activities of various dance transformations, the wheel of pride and delusion is destroyed. The knots of the emanation wheel, completely liberated equality wisdom, in its own nature, think of manifesting it. Like transforming the illusion wheel. Oneself is red Padma Kilaya, the right hand holds a red lotus in the sky, the left hand twirls a copper stake. With the transformation of the Vajra delusion wheel, the wheel of desire and delusion is destroyed.
