The sounds of Hūṃ and Phaṭ resound like the roar of a thousand dragons. Crush and destroy the heads of the unruly Rudras. In that realm, there is not even the name of obstructors and evil guides. There, it is called the spontaneously accomplished palace of Akanishtha. From the mandala complete with the five wisdoms and perfect signs, I urge the deity Vajrakīla, the lord of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa. I urge you from the essence of the vow and heart commitment. Arise! Manifest from the realm of Dharma! Perform the activity of subduing the unsubmissive enemies and obstructors! This is the empowerment of substances: Hūṃ!
