The four Shwana Mahas who accomplish pacifying activities, the four Reti sisters who accomplish increasing activities, the four Bremas who accomplish magnetizing activities, the four classes of wrathful Herukas who accomplish subjugating activities, and also the ocean of Phurba protectors, thus offering and supplicating for desired aims: May you increase the glory of the Buddhas, the Dharma protectors, and the precious ones; protect the Sangha community, prolong the life of the yogis; pacify the eight fears and other obstacles; increase life, merit, and prosperity; magnetize all beings, male and female, of the three realms and three existences; and subdue all desired things such as food, wealth, and enjoyment; crush enemies and obstructors who harm and injure into dust. In short, accomplish limitless activities without hindrance; do not transgress the command and oath, Samaya. Thus, by constantly offering and praising, may the limitless activities of the yogis be accomplished without hindrance; quickly grant attainments, crush obstacles into dust; prolong life, increase glory, fulfill desired wishes; magnetize self-appearance, subdue the appearance of others; if one is not afraid of Brahma, Indra, etc., what need to mention formless ghosts and obstructors; for those who attack and harm others. The supreme essence of the heart essence of the Great Orgyen, the quintessence of all profound path Dharma practices, is the secret seal that appears from the life force of the Dakinis; do not transmit it to unworthy beings, not even a whisper should be revealed; this is the life-force, the life-line, the Phurba practice; entrust it to the sixteen Dharma-protecting sisters and the twenty-eight Wangmo, Yaksha Merutse, the Great God Ishvara, and the planetary demon king; after entrusting it with the command seal Vajra seal, appoint those who are deceitful, false, heretical, and those who cut off the Dharma, and those who oppose the Dharma, whether with form or without form, as executioners to cut the life force of those evil ones. To the Dharma lord who holds the command of the oath-bound Phurba, release the entrusted seals, eliminate obstacles to life, increase fame, disciples, and benefit to beings, appoint them as companions, and mix the oath with life.
