Inhale slowly, circling the navel three times, then think of it as stable and press down, holding it as long as possible. Exhale slowly, thinking that the three poisons are expelled. Hold your breath as much as possible, striving for a certain number of times in each session. If you do not properly master the key points, you will easily make mistakes such as reversing up and down, so be sure to know this. At the end of the session, completely expel the remaining air from the channels. Then, the power of blessings and accomplishments of all the Buddhas, and all wisdom, in the form of five lights, draw them from the channels of the right and left, and merge them into the central channel.
