I, the Vidyadhara Vajra Garlanded Skull, for the benefit of future fortunate ones, reveal the root empowerment, the all-arising wish-fulfilling jewel, of the glorious great wrathful king Hayagriva. The sequence of receiving this is: after establishing the mandala and accomplishing the practice according to the text, having bathed, dispelled obstacles, and preceded by the protective circle, offer a mandala, and give a blindfold and flowers. Take refuge, generate bodhicitta, make supplications, and give samaya water. Generate the disciple as the deity, and descend and absorb the wisdom deity. Then take the vase, Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ)! The vase is the spontaneously accomplished palace, the complete lotus speech mandala. By empowering the fortunate son, may he obtain the empowerment of the body of the generation stage!
