With its nine mouths, it sucks the heart's blood of the victorious demons and evil spirits. With its eighteen horns, it terrifies the phenomenal world. Flames, wrathful minors, poisonous weapons, and showers of weapons are emitted. In its belly, contemplate the complete mandala of all the victorious ones. Contemplate that all the victorious ones of all lineages praise it as the executioner of victorious demons and evil spirits. In a terrifying fortress, the hidden yogi will be victorious! Such profound instructions as these cannot be found even if searched for in the three thousand worlds! Destroy the king's treasury, temples, haunted houses, villages, monasteries, roads, and homes, or when afflicted by endless diseases. In crowded markets, gatherings, and slaughterhouses, diligently engage in this visualization and recitation. I, a vidyādhara like myself, the lord of all lineages, for the sake of future fortunate ones, have revealed the profound wisdom fire of burning offering of the great and victorious wrathful king. The procedure for taking this into one's hands is as follows: build a triangular fire pit, a square substance mandala, pile it up with fierce wood, as tall as one cubit. For the substances, use five types of grains, the five objects of desire, as well as medicines, torma, rakta, the enemy's and obstacle's name, bones, and effigies. Prepare food offerings, liṅgas, killing phurbas, and weapons. Arrange white offerings, obstacle-expelling offerings, and bless the substances.
