Abstain from meat and thorny foods. Completely destroy all Naga Gnyan diseases. This is the best way to subdue and kill. Samaya. Fire deity, shukpa, gyather, great medicine white mustard, black mustard, wolf thorn, holding amrita leaves. Otter, deu lo, three garudas, red garuda, hawk, yellow garuda, olwa, black garuda, raven flesh. Horn shavings and yellow bezoar. Old house smoke, black garuda feathers, black orris root, and black cumin. Mix with sesame oil or old butter. Anoint and quickly heal. Infuse power with the fire wheel. Subdue the great Gnyan, the outer Gnyan destroyer. With these eight, the power of Gnyan, earth lords, and nagas will be extinguished like a fire extinguished by water. Samaya. DZOM. Then, in the generation stage, instantly transform yourself into a dark blue HUM syllable (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) blazing with fire. From that, light radiates, filling the realm with a swirling ocean of poison. In the realm of the poisonous Mount Meru, where the stench of potent black poison wafts, the HUM syllable (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) is completely transformed. You yourself become the glorious, wrathful, black Hayagriva, with a dark blue-black body. One face and four arms, the two right hands holding a sword and a club, the two left hands holding a flame and a skull cup filled with blood. Three eyes darting with hatred. Mouth open and tongue curled. Wrinkles of wrath gathering like waves of water. From the beard and eyebrows, sparks of fire crackle. From the corners of the eyes, a thousand lightning bolts flash.
