邬琼译师啊！以三门之信而祈请，祈愿三门成熟解脱为三金刚。法性虚空藏之界中，遍主轮之自在上师啊！以三门之信而祈请，祈愿三门成熟解脱为三金刚。南方普陀山（Mount Potala）的刹土中，圣观世音菩萨父母啊！以难忍之强烈悲痛而祈请，祈愿三门成熟解脱为三金刚。东方现喜刹土中，薄伽梵金刚萨埵父母啊！以难忍之强烈悲痛而祈请，祈愿三门成熟解脱为三金刚。南方具吉祥之刹土中，薄伽梵宝生佛父母啊！以难忍之强烈悲痛而祈请，祈愿三门成熟解脱为三金刚。西方极乐刹土中，薄伽梵无量光佛父母啊！以难忍之强烈悲痛而祈请，祈愿三门成熟解脱为三金刚。北方胜乐圆满刹土中，薄伽梵不空成就佛父母啊！以难忍之强烈悲痛而祈请，祈愿三门成熟解脱为三金刚。于何处应调伏，即示现如水中月之舞姿，化身之殊胜导师六能仁啊！以难忍之强烈悲痛而祈请，祈愿三门成熟解脱为三金刚。无量事业圆满成就之坛城中，薄伽梵马头明王四部父母啊！以难忍之强烈悲痛而祈请，祈愿三门成熟解脱为三金刚。于教令和誓言严厉之宫殿中，祈请护法傲慢众，愿内外秘密之障碍皆寂灭，加持降伏所有教敌。如是祈请之缘起力，愿自利法身得以显现，他利色身得以清净轮回，愿一切众生获得圣者之果位。萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！珍宝印！封印！交付印！甚深印！如是，饮血降魔金刚从伏藏中取出，封印三十一年，最终交付于法主吉祥。

Uchung Lotsawa! I pray with the faith of the three doors, may the three doors ripen and be liberated into the three vajras. In the realm of the Dharma-nature, the treasury of space, Lord of the Wheel, the all-pervading Lama! I pray with the faith of the three doors, may the three doors ripen and be liberated into the three vajras. In the southern realm of Mount Potala, Noble Avalokiteśvara, father and mother! I pray with unbearable and intense sorrow, may the three doors ripen and be liberated into the three vajras. In the eastern realm of Manifest Joy, Bhagavan Vajrasattva, father and mother! I pray with unbearable and intense sorrow, may the three doors ripen and be liberated into the three vajras. In the southern realm of Glorious Abundance, Bhagavan Ratnasambhava, father and mother! I pray with unbearable and intense sorrow, may the three doors ripen and be liberated into the three vajras. In the western realm of Sukhavati, Bhagavan Amitabha, father and mother! I pray with unbearable and intense sorrow, may the three doors ripen and be liberated into the three vajras. In the northern realm of Perfected Action, Bhagavan Amoghasiddhi, father and mother! I pray with unbearable and intense sorrow, may the three doors ripen and be liberated into the three vajras. To whomever needs taming, appearing as a dance of water and moon, Supreme Emanated Teacher, the Six Buddhas! I pray with unbearable and intense sorrow, may the three doors ripen and be liberated into the three vajras. In the mandala of the complete accomplishment of boundless activity, Bhagavan Hayagriva, the four families, father and mother! I pray with unbearable and intense sorrow, may the three doors ripen and be liberated into the three vajras. In the palace of strict command and samaya, I pray to the assembly of proud Dharma protectors, may all outer, inner, and secret obstacles be pacified, and bless us to destroy all enemies of the teachings. Through the power of the auspicious connection of this prayer, may the Dharmakaya of self-benefit be realized, and may samsara be emptied by the Rupakaya for the benefit of others, may all beings attain the state of the noble ones! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Treasure seal! Hidden seal! Entrusted seal! Profound seal! Thus, the Blood-Drinking Demon-Subduing Vajra extracted it from the treasure, sealed it for thirty-one years, and finally entrusted it to the Dharma Lord Gelek.
