Inseparably one with Padmasambhava, a hidden, unrestrained yogi will arise. Those who scold and slander him, due to their current perverted aspirations, sixteen demon ministers will appear there. At that time, for the supreme son of Padma, there should be no fear or shyness. How can the obstacles of demons enter? Think about this meaning, fortunate son. Take the essence of practice to heart, abandon distractions and protecting appearances. To the Dharma lord who is a worthy vessel for the transmission, Release the seal of empowerment and bestow the entrustment. This innermost secret practice of the mind is the essence of the minds of the Buddhas of the three times. It is the life-essence of Padma. It is the heart-blood of millions of dakinis. It is the life-force of all the Dharma protectors. This is the innermost essence of the heart, blessed in mind by the lamas, blessed in life by the yidam deities, signaled by the mothers and dakinis, sealed in oath by all the Dharma protectors, guarded by the ocean of oath-bound ones, treasured in a box of blessings, hidden in a solitary place, entrusted to the guardians of the teachings, and again sealed with the profound vajra seal. The innermost secret is sealed with a seal. The future sons are sealed with the release of the seal. Those with karmic connections are sealed with maturation of aspirations.
