由主人格勒巴桑恳切劝请而定稿。善哉！善哉！善哉！吉祥圆满！ 8 杜炯图钦 杜炯图钦T11603 - 098 甚深秘密空行心髓中，马头明王三界嬉戏。又忿怒玛哈嘎拉之灌顶仪轨光明之网。 T1603 - 099 杜炯马头明王忿怒尊 嗡（藏文：ཇོོཾ།，梵文天城体：जोँ，梵文罗马拟音：joṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）！ 贝扎拉匝匝（藏文：བྲཋལྐཟསྨྲ，无法识别，无法翻译）！ 纳摩咕噜贝玛嘎拉耶（藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་ཀ་ར་ཡེ，梵文天城体：नमः गुरु पद्म कर ये，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ guru padma kara ye，汉语字面意思：顶礼莲师）！ 三世诸佛总集之吉祥，大胜莲花颅鬘力，心间无坏明点之界，恒常安住度化有情界，如我莲花颅鬘者，为使传承得以继承，祈愿具足发愿之缘起， 灌顶之缘起赞叹如意宝。甚深秘密空行心髓之类，马头明王忿怒黑尊之，灌顶有缘具器之有缘者，开示成熟灌顶之入门。 此之实修次第是，准备基及灌顶物如仪轨，圆满成就修法之念诵，之后具足信心誓言之弟子，沐浴驱魔守护轮， TI1603 - 100 嗡（藏文：ཛོཾ།，梵文天城体：जोँ，梵文罗马拟音：joṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）！ 修习！ 皈依发菩提心，之后首先献供是，双手合掌持鲜花，以恭敬之心如此说， 嗟！有情之至上大导师，种姓及坛城总集之吉祥，于汝皈依身供养，忏悔生生世世所积罪堕，今后不做不善之誓言，莲师语之坛城中，祈请令我成熟。三次。之后上师说， 吽！ 以业愿缘起清净之威力，具足无量福德之子，密咒TI1603 - 101 灌顶之门进入后，为成办广大有情之义利，能守护严厉誓言否？现在立即好好说。弟子说， 吽！ 上师是佛陀，上师是正法， 如是上师是僧众之至上，三根本总集大尊请垂念，我从现在至菩提间，为利有情而精进，严厉誓言定守护。 三门金刚三界中，祈请刹那成熟我。之后上师说， 唉玛具缘种姓之子，于此甚深无上坛城中，进入之有缘者是殊胜，因此我灌顶。
