May it become a source, and may you obtain the glory of great, undefiled bliss! Oṃ sarva śabda pratīccha ye svāhā! Hūṃ! After cutting off all attachments, the impure and deluded appearances of mind and consciousness, transform into the clear and pure expanse of the Dharma realm. From the upper direction beyond existence, in the Akaniṣṭha pure land of self-appearing meaning, in the spontaneously accomplished palace, with the body and wisdom perfectly complete, the uncontaminated great bliss, the unchanging space, the primordial Buddha of the ground is, seated in the dark blue, black, equipoised lotus posture, embraced by the great void Samantabhadrī, the five victorious Buddhas, fathers and mothers, and the peaceful and wrathful deities of illusion, like the sun and its rays, the great power of self-arising and self-appearing, visualize the pure realm in your mind, and transfer your appearances and mind there. Then, the transference of consciousness is: from the hearts of myself and those in front, immeasurable light and light masses radiate, and the nature of the deceased's wind-mind, the discriminating consciousness, transforms into a drop of light in the form of the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体,hūṃ,seed syllable), like a shooting star falling from the sky, it dissolves into the hearts of the Dharmakāya Samantabhadra and Samantabhadrī, and think that it has gained stability in the non-deluded realm. PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体,phaṭ,destroying) PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体,phaṭ,destroying) PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体,phaṭ,destroying) Then, when burning the name plaque, Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体,hūṃ,seed syllable)! From the mandala of the five wisdoms, the compassionate rays of light and fire of the Bhagavan five victorious Buddhas, the five poisons and the three poisons, and Hrīḥ (ཧྲིཿ,梵文天城体,hrīḥ,seed syllable)! The habitual tendencies arising from the eighty-four thousand afflictions, and all the causes, conditions, and interdependent relationships of delusion, may they all be burned away completely, Jvālaraṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,jvālaraṃ,flame)! May we obtain the certainty of the five wisdoms! After the root mantra, add: Oṃ Nrīḥ Sūḥ Triḥ Preḥ Duḥ Jvālaraṃpaya Svāhā (ཨཿ ནྲྀཿ སུཿ ཏྲིཿ པྲེཿ དུཿ ཛྭ་ལ་རཾ་པ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ,梵文天城体,oṃ nrīḥ sūḥ triḥ preḥ duḥ jvālaraṃpaya svāhā)! In this way, scatter sand, recite whatever dhāraṇī mantras you can, and finally make aspirations and speak auspicious words. This arrangement of order and the ritual of arranging the recitation, does not exist in the treasure text itself, but is collected from various places, and the practice is well arranged according to the Dharma. In order to fulfill the wishes of my own disciple, Ngagwang Trinley, who repeatedly urged me, I have thus determined this. By the power of the blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times, and the profound secret mantras, may the deceased, from the realms of the six paths, gradually attain the great liberation, and may the lamas and sangha who perform the ritual of guiding them on the path, rely on this and accomplish vast benefit for beings, and may both self and others purify and ascend to enlightenment! This was written by Rigdzin Dudjom Dorje in order to make the recitation orderly.
