我等吉祥！ 邬金大 尊胜莲花颅鬘者，于发愿事业之化身持明者，交付甚深秘密之虚空藏之时，智慧事业与世间护法众，皆献上各自命心，誓愿守护甚深秘密之教法，成办持教士夫之所愿，成办广大事业，享用此血肉赤红之食子，增上甚深秘密教法之权势，护佑持教士夫眷属，祈请作消灭一切敌魔的事业！ 如今自显显现任运成之，无上大密坛城之中，我等修持之瑜伽师兄弟姐妹们，以幻化金刚之 瓦木！（藏文）开启坛城之门，以内外供养令智慧本尊欢喜，于广大良田中，在颅器食子器皿中，从以方便诛杀之敌魔尸体上，陈设广大血肉赤红之食子，加持为智慧甘露之自性。 嗡 阿 吽！（藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 吽） 匝！切多具誓护法一切众，降临于此享用血肉赤红之食子，护持甚深秘密之教法与持教者，遣除内外秘密之违缘障碍，无碍成办广大事业，将教敌眷属摧为微尘，莫违背教令和誓言，萨玛雅！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ།） 此后为护佑坚母，布施诛杀之赤红食子者： 嗡 阿 吽（藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 吽）三字化为光芒所生之食子，圆满具足一切所欲之财富受用，成为无尽庄严之轮，譬如兜率天之天人受用一般，观想无有缺少，刹那间显现为母曜坚母众之受用境，忆念教令和誓言，思维承诺听从教令、安住于语、无论从事何种事业皆成办，并发誓言，吽！（藏文）大恩上师莲花生之 前，先前所发誓言、誓约、盟誓，守护教法与持教者，十二母曜坚母及其眷属侍从，部多眷属以及随从等众，降临于此享用洗涤之食子，祈愿增上佛法之权势，增长持教士夫之寿命，成办所愿！ 人

The great Orgyen, Supreme Lotus Skull Garland, when entrusting the profound secret space treasury to the Awareness Holder who is the emanation of aspiration and action, the wisdom actions and the hosts of worldly protectors, all offered their respective life hearts, vowing to protect the profound secret teachings, accomplish the wishes of the holders of the teachings, and accomplish vast activities. Please accept this red flesh and blood torma, increase the power of the profound secret teachings, protect the holders of the teachings and their retinues, and accomplish the activity of destroying all enemies and obstacles! Now, in this spontaneously accomplished great secret, supreme mandala of self-arising appearances, we, the yogi brothers and sisters who practice, with the illusory vajra of Wam! (Tibetan) Open the door of the mandala, please the wisdom deities with inner and outer offerings, in the vast field of fortune, in the skull cup torma vessel, from the corpses of enemies and obstacles killed by skillful means, arrange a vast red flesh and blood torma, bless it as the essence of wisdom nectar. Om Ah Hum! (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओँ आः हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum) Dza! All the oath-bound protectors of Chedo, come here and enjoy the red flesh and blood torma, protect the profound secret teachings and the holders of the teachings, avert inner and outer secret obstacles and hindrances, accomplish vast activities without obstruction, and crush the enemies of the teachings and their retinues into dust. Do not violate the commands and vows, Samaya! (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ།) Then, to protect the steadfast mothers, the red torma of destruction is offered: The torma that arises from the three syllables Om Ah Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओँ आः हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum) transforming into light, complete with all desired wealth and prosperity, becoming an inexhaustible wheel of adornment, like the enjoyment of the gods of Tushita heaven, visualize that there is nothing lacking, and in an instant it appears as the realm of enjoyment for the hosts of mother goddesses and steadfast mothers, remembering the commands and vows, thinking of promising to listen to the commands, abide in speech, and accomplish whatever activities are undertaken, and take an oath, Hum! (Tibetan) Before the great master Padmasambhava, the previously made vows, pledges, and oaths, protect and guard the teachings and the holders of the teachings, the twelve steadfast mother goddesses and their retinues and servants, the retinue of bhutas and their followers, come here and enjoy this washing water torma, may the power of the Buddha's teachings increase, may the life of the holders of the teachings be prolonged, and may their wishes be accomplished! 疾病和贫困的所有灾难都消除！将敌对势力及其党羽摧毁成灰烬！不违背教令和誓言，萨玛雅！（藏文）མ་མ་ཧྲཱི་ཧྲཱི་ཨེ་དཾ་བ་ལི་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི༔ 然后，为了召唤恶灵并压制舞蹈，仅仅通过倒扣食子盘，就观想所有不顺遂之方和不悦意的近身伤害，都如蜡烛被风吹灭般消失。观想食子盘下的地面裂开，直到下层地基接触到风轮为止，都完全敞开。念诵真实之力的同时进行召唤，所有造成伤害的邪魔、鬼魂、游荡的男女恶灵，都与地面一同被黑光向上卷起！与天空一同被黑光向下卷起，像将石头扔进洞里一样，落入食子盘底部，坠落在下层地基的风轮之上，观想用燃烧的铁蝎子，像须弥山一样大的铁蝎子，在他们的手脚和头上钉入钉子，让他们跳动、摇晃，哇！（藏文）但即使动弹一下也无能为力。观想在其心间压上一座像须弥山一样大的黑色佛塔，直到慈氏怙主（弥勒佛）的教法出现之前，都让他们在感受快乐的同时，于无执念的状态中昏厥。观想佛塔周围，众多智慧忿怒尊跳舞，将所有烦恼的粗重触感，像用脚踩碎细草一样摧毁并调伏。吽！（藏文）从法界无生宫殿中，幻化游舞的智慧本尊们，勇士击鼓跳舞，咔嚓咔嚓！勇女唱歌，呜噜噜！在我执罗刹的头上，切！在无谬的法性虚空中成就！吽！（藏文）从自显意义的密严刹土中，幻化游舞的本尊众，以五种智慧击鼓跳舞，在五毒的头上，切切切！摧毁五蕴的幻轮于虚空中！抓住和执着的分别念魔障，压在九层地狱之下！不失落九乘次第的封印！嗡 朗！（藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ लं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ laṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，朗）阿 朗！（藏文）ཧཱུྃ་ལཾ༔（藏文） 斯瓦 巴 亚 南 南！（藏文） 仅仅将食子盘向上举起，就观想夺取了敌对势力的寿命、福德、荣耀、财富和享受，从而获得自在，观想自己的寿命、福德和享受都极大地增长和兴盛。然后， 获得成就之物：首先，为了成为适合成就之物的容器，自己的身语意三门成为金刚三

May all disasters of disease and poverty be averted! May hostile forces and their retinues be crushed to dust! Do not transgress the command and oath, Samaya! (Tibetan: མ་མ་ཧྲཱི་ཧྲཱི་ཨེ་དཾ་བ་ལི་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི༔) Then, in order to summon the evil spirits and suppress the dance, by simply turning the torma plate upside down, visualize that all unfavorable circumstances and unwanted close harms are extinguished like a candle blown out by the wind. Visualize that the ground beneath the torma plate cracks open, and is completely open until the lower foundation touches the wheel of wind. While reciting the power of truth, when summoning, all harm-causing demons, ghosts, wandering male and female evil spirits, are rolled up upwards with the black light that is one with the ground! Rolled down with the black light that is one with the sky, like throwing a stone into a hole, they go to the bottom of the torma plate, and fall on top of the wheel of wind in the lower foundation, visualize that burning iron scorpions, as big as Mount Meru, are hammered into their hands, feet, and heads, causing them to jump, shake, and wa! (Tibetan: ཝྃ།༔) But they are unable to move even a little. Visualize that a black stupa as big as Mount Meru is pressed on top of their hearts, and until the teachings of Maitreya Buddha appear, they experience happiness while fainting in a state of non-attachment. Visualize that around the stupa, many wisdom wrathful deities dance, destroying and subduing all the coarse sensations of afflictions, like crushing fine grass with their feet. Hum! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ༔) From the unborn palace of the Dharmadhatu, the wisdom deities who play in illusion, the heroes beat the drums and dance, khrig se khrig! The heroines sing, u ru ru! On the head of the self-grasping Rakshasa, che! Accomplished in the infallible expanse of Dharma! Hum! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ༔) From the Akanishta realm of self-appearing meaning, the assembly of deities who play in illusion, beat the drums of the five wisdoms, che che che on the heads of the five poisons! Destroy the illusory wheel of the five aggregates in the expanse! The obstructing demons of grasping and clinging thoughts, are pressed under the nine levels of the earth! The seal of the nine successive vehicles is not lost! Om Lam! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ལཾ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ लं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ laṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Lam) Ah Lam! (Tibetan: ཨཱཿལ༔) Hung Lam! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ལཾ༔) Stam Bha Ya Nan Nan! (Tibetan: སྟྭཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནན་ནན༔) Just by raising the torma plate upwards, visualize that you have taken away the life, merit, glory, wealth, and enjoyment of the hostile forces, thereby gaining power, and visualize that your own life, merit, and enjoyment are greatly increased and prospered. Then, Taking the Accomplishment: First, in order to become a vessel suitable for the object of accomplishment, one's own three doors become the three vajras.
