In the heart, on the moon disc, inside the jewel, the sun and moon gau, Tram. On the crown of the head, the lineage lord, the root guru, is an emanation of the King of Oddiyana Treasure Lords, golden in color, peaceful and not wrathful, smiling, radiant, wearing a lotus hat, wearing a robe, dharma garment, tangka, and Tibetan boots, seated in vajra posture, the right hand holding a treasure vase, the left hand holding a mongoose, raining down whatever is needed and desired. The yellow light of the body blazes, removing the obstacles of us, the retinue, longevity, merit, glory, and wisdom greatly increase, gaining the supreme dominion of all of samsara and nirvana. 手持珍宝长寿宝瓶，圆满报身具足妙相好，秘密之母至尊佛眼，手持箭幡长寿宝瓶。 从无二智慧所化之眷属，四部之主雪山之海，无量大门母四尊，化身事业如电闪，无量光芒如云聚，周遍轮涅一切处，三世诸佛所有之，智悲力精华与成就，五大精华光彩寿命。 众生寿命福德与权势，全部金色光芒之相，汇集融入我等身，观想获得金刚之胜寿，勾召寿命慈悲之铁钩。 瓦（藏文：ཝྃ།），尽力念诵，之后根本咒语后加：寿命福德财富一切，布ಷ್ಠིཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：पुष्टिं，梵文罗马转写：puṣṭiṃ，汉语字面意思：增长），咕噜耶（藏文，梵文天城体：कुरु，梵文罗马转写：kuru，汉语字面意思：作），梭哈（藏文，梵文天城体：ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马转写：ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：愿吉祥）。在供赞收摄次第之后，进行后得生起为天之仪轨。之后晚上是做怀业的时间，莲花部的瑜伽士是：吽（藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），舍（藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马转写：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍），自显本义之密严刹土，五种智慧圆满之宫殿中，莲花日月之座垫之上，自身观为莲花无量寿。 红色明亮一面二臂，圆满报身之庄严，跏趺而坐，等持手持莲花长寿宝瓶，寂静微笑极其美妙光芒闪耀，本尊之母以白红色绸缎缠绕，双手持箭幡长寿宝瓶，于虹光明点之界中生起，心间莲花八瓣之上，清净明点明亮闪耀之界中，舍（藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马转写：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字红色明亮光芒闪耀，咒鬘旋转之光芒，供养悦意诸佛之海，所有智悲之能力威力与权势。 全部汇集融入于命根，再次光芒四射，清净所有众生之业障，器情世界之光彩精华，寿命福德财富能力。 所有精华，以五光之相汇集，融入命根之精华，观想寿命福德财富增长广大，头顶之上部主上师是，镇压显有之莲 花生，从显现之心中，无量光芒四射，三界众生之意乐心，如磁石与铁相遇般， 不由自主摄为己有，役使为我之权与仆，盖上不变之印，镇压一切。

Holding a precious longevity vase, the enjoyment of the complete body adorned with marks and examples, the supreme secret mother, Buddha's eye, holding an arrow banner and a longevity vase in her hands. The retinue emanated from the non-dual mind, the king of the four families, the great snow mountain lake, the four immeasurable great door mothers, the emanation activity flashes like lightning, immeasurable rays of light gather like clouds, spreading throughout samsara and nirvana, all the Buddhas of the three times, wisdom, compassion, power, essence, accomplishment, and the pure essence, radiance, and life of the five elements. All beings' life, merit, glory, and so on, all in the form of golden light, gather and infuse into us, contemplating that we have attained the supreme vajra life, the compassionate iron hook that summons life. Vam (藏文：ཝྃ།), recite as much as possible, then at the end of the root mantra: life, merit, wealth, all Puṣṭiṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：पुष्टिं，梵文罗马转写：puṣṭiṃ，汉语字面意思：increase), Kuru (藏文，梵文天城体：कुरु，梵文罗马转写：kuru，汉语字面意思：do), Svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体：ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马转写：ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：may it be auspicious).
