凡所欲求，一切诸事无余成办。 三昧耶！嗡 咕噜 贝玛 达热 阿玉 达那 玛哈 奔涅 萨瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽！ 何事成就念诵后，摄取寿命诀窍是： 吽 舍！薄伽梵 莲花生 无量寿，身色红莲宝之色， 圆满受用庄严跏趺坐，等持持握寿命宝瓶， 白红衣母双运，无二舞姿之显现， 四部怙主父母四门母，化身复化身无余， 从法界现起之时已至，从三昧耶誓言心髓处策励， 三身诸佛菩萨众，智悲力 悉！功德圆满一切，无余聚集融入自相续， 无二游舞赐予大加持，五大精华之精微， 三界有情寿命福德威，无余聚集于我等， 寿命福德威与诸功德，增长稳固以印封， 成就寿命持明祈垂赐，摄取寿命慈悲铁钩语， 终乃不坏作印持，根本咒后， 三界三有欲求之威德，一切 瓦夏 咕噜 耶 梭哈！ 念诵七遍后，阿哩嘎哩与， 缘起心咒七遍后，供赞收摄次第作， 复又后得如幻化之天身起，回向发愿广大封印作与行， 其后半夜猛厉之时至，业之种姓瑜伽士修持是： 吽 阿！显现一切事业圆满处，有情本尊天之界， 布置圆满庄严宫殿中，自身业之无量寿， 绿明受用身与母双运，等持持握寿命宝瓶， 金刚跏趺莲月上安住，度母绿救度施印与箭幡， 左手持握寿命宝瓶，乐空智慧味 沉醉，光彩夺目光辉炽燃，虹光与光明遍满有寂， 光明尖端化身之，佛刹土无量圆满， 心间日月之盒中，清净明点光明闪耀， 明觉 阿 字绿黑，咒鬘如发辫般围绕， 放光普照十方三世之， 诸佛菩萨供养令欢喜，智悲力能寿命威， 无余聚集融入咒语中，复又光明炽燃。

Whatever is desired, may all purposes be accomplished without exception. Samaya! Om Guru Padma Dhara Ayur Ddha Na Maha Punye Sarva Siddhi Pala Hum! After reciting for whatever accomplishment, the key to seizing life is: Hum Hrih! Bhagavan Lotus Born Amitayus, body color of red lotus jewel, Perfectly adorned with enjoyment, seated in vajra posture, Holding the vase of life in meditative equipoise, White and red-robed consort united, manifesting in non-dual dance, Four family lords, parents, and four gatekeepers, Emanations and further emanations without exception, The time has come to arise from the expanse, urged from the heart essence of samaya vow, Wisdom, love, and power of the three kayas, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, All virtues, without exception, gathered and merged into my being, Grant great blessings to play in non-duality, the essence of the elements, The life, fortune, and glory of beings in the three realms, Gathered without exception for us, May our life, fortune, glory, and all virtues, Increase, grow, and be sealed with stability, Grant the accomplishment of the life-holding vidyadhara, Speak the iron hook of compassion that seizes life as much as possible, Finally, seal it with the indestructible, At the end of the root mantra, All the glory and virtues of the three realms and three existences, Vasham Kuru Ye Svaha! After reciting seven times, with Ali Kali, After the seven heart essence of dependent arising, perform the sequence of offering, praise, and gathering, Again, arise as the illusory deity of the post-meditation state, dedicate and make vast aspirations, and engage in actions, Then, when the fierce time of midnight arrives, the practice of the Karma lineage yogi is: Hum Ah! All appearances are the field of perfect activity, the realm of the deity of existence, In the perfectly arranged and complete palace, oneself as Karma Amitayus, Clear green enjoyment body united with consort, holding the vase of life in meditative equipoise, Seated on lotus and moon in vajra posture, Green Tara bestowing refuge and holding arrow and banner, The left hand holds the vase of life, intoxicated by the taste of bliss-emptiness wisdom, Radiant and blazing with splendor, rainbow and light pervading existence and peace, At the tip of the light rays, emanations of countless Buddha fields are perfected, In the box of sun and moon at the heart, a clear and shining drop of pure essence, Awareness, the green-black syllable Ah, surrounded by a garland of mantras like a braid of hair, Rays of light radiate to the ten directions and three times, Pleasing the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas with offerings, wisdom, love, power, life, and dominion, Gathered without exception and absorbed into the mantra, again the light rays blaze.
