今生证得遍知地，失坏则堕金刚地狱。灌顶之根本乃是誓言故，守护禁戒，莫忘失誓！萨玛雅 纳拉 堪！ 如是令其承诺。此后修习弟子之相续，使三门堪为金刚之器，即：啊！心与心所，由能取所取所摄持之诸法，如幻术之轮般消融于法界中，于法性广大遍布之界中浩瀚无垠。嗡 嘛哈 舜亚达 等。 刹那间如空中闪电般，自显现义之密严刹土，于任运成就之界中，于无执莲花日月之座上。如是观修，降下智慧。班杂 萨玛雅 匝 匝 阿贝夏雅 贝 喷！ 三遍。 谛叉 班杂 令其坚固。此后揭开眼罩，即：吽！自显现智慧坛城自生之诸尊，遮蔽自面目之无明翳障遮，智慧 炯！以金针剖析，愿能现见任运大乐坛城！嗡 嘉纳 匝秋 扎贝夏雅 啪特！ 如是揭开眼罩，观想现见自显现智慧之坛城。为确认本尊故，散花，即：吽！三宝之威力，与甚深密咒之缘起力，往昔有何业缘者，愿彼本尊降临！嗡 班杂 布思贝 扎 班杂 布思贝 悉地 阿！三遍。祈请真实秘密之名号。此后瓶灌顶之次第，即： 吽！此瓶乃是宫殿，忿怒本尊之坛城安住，为具缘弟子灌顶，愿得生起次第身之灌顶！根本咒后加：嘎雅 阿比钦匝 嗡！ 此后观想坛城诸尊之身，各射出与其自身相同之手印融入弟子。交付大乐王之身，吽！于具足善缘之法器弟子，灌顶大乐王，清净身之垢染而得瓶灌顶，愿速得成熟持明果位！根本咒后加：嘎雅 阿比钦匝 嗡！此后交付文殊之身，吽！于具足善缘 之法器弟子，灌顶妙音，从根拔除无明黑暗，愿得智慧自在之身！

Om Maha Shunyata, etc. In that instant, like lightning flashing in the sky, the self-appearing meaning of Akanishta (Ogmin) is arranged, unattached in the realm of spontaneous accomplishment, on a lotus, sun, and moon seat. Thus, meditate and invoke wisdom. Vajra Samaya Ja Ja Ah Beshaya Pe Phem! Three times. Tishta Vajra, make it firm. Then, removing the blindfold: Hum! The self-appearing wisdom mandala of self-born deities, the obscuring cataract of ignorance that obscures one's own face, wisdom Jom! Separating with a golden needle, may the spontaneously accomplished great bliss mandala be clearly seen! Om Jnana Chakshu Prabeshaya Phet! Thus, removing the blindfold, contemplate seeing the self-appearing wisdom mandala manifest. To identify the chosen deity, scatter flowers, which is: Hum! By the power and strength of the Three Jewels, and by the interdependent connection of profound secret mantras, whatever karmic connection there may have been from the past, may that chosen deity descend! Om Vajra Puspe Tram! Vajra Puspe Siddhi Ah! Three times. Invoke the true secret name in essence. Then, the sequence of bestowing the vase empowerment is: Hum! This vase is a celestial palace, the assembly of wrathful deities of the lama resides, bestowing empowerment on the fortunate son, may the empowerment of the body of the generation stage be attained! To the fortunate and worthy disciple, bestow the empowerment of the Great Bliss King, purify the obscurations of the body and attain the vase empowerment, may the ripening vidyadhara state be swiftly attained! To the fortunate and worthy disciple, bestow the empowerment of the melodious voice, uprooting the darkness of ignorance from its root, may the body of wisdom and mastery be attained!
