To the three Sugatas and, The noble Sangha of Bodhisattvas, Which lineage deity of mine, Will grant accomplishment, please reveal! Repeat three times. om vajra hāsa ha svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཧ་ས་ཧ་སྭ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra hāsa ha svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 瓦吉拉 哈萨 哈 梭哈). Having closed the eyes, throw it onto the heap. If the root points upwards and it falls, repeat the examination three times. If it falls in that way, it is definitely a sign of obstacles, so make aspirations and strive to avert them. If it sits upright and falls in the center, it has power over the Buddha family and one will obtain the supreme accomplishment. If it falls to the east, it has power over the Vajra family and one will obtain the peaceful accomplishment. If it falls to the south, it has power over the Ratna family and one will obtain the increasing accomplishment. If it falls to the west, it has power over the Padma family and one will obtain the subjugating accomplishment. If it falls to the north, it has power over the Karma family and one will obtain the wrathful accomplishment. If it falls to the four corners, one will obtain a small accomplishment, so align with the deity and the previous direction. If the root points downwards and it falls, it is a sign that there is no prior connection with the deity and no accomplishment will arise, so make aspirations again and strive to accumulate merit. Sprinkle blessed conch water and three fruits. Since all dharmas are completely pure, purify all the sins of this body. The teacher with views and intentions, for the disciples with faith, after showing the door of permissible empowerment, accumulates the empowerment materials well and enters the practice, emphasizing the approach, practice and activities, after the practice is accomplished, all the disciples, sit in order, bathe, dispel obstacles, offer Mandala, generate refuge mind. Then pray: Jye! Lama Buddha, the glory of the assembly! We take refuge in you, confess our sins! All of us yogi brothers and sisters, in the mandala of the most secret Lama, please ripen us with the Vajra empowerment! Three times. Then the Lama says: Jyeho! Son of a fortunate lineage! After entering the door of secret mantra empowerment, can you protect the vows properly? If you can protect them, you will attain Buddhahood in this life, if you break them, your head will split and you will fall into hell.
