All Dharma protectors, earth lords, and gods and demons of existence, Having bound them by oath, subjugated them, and employed them as servants, Having destroyed the wrong views of the tirthikas, all the kingdoms, Are placed in a state of happiness in this life and the next. The Teacher, Shakyamuni Buddha, actually appeared, From the realm of Dharma, he arose as the glory of those to be tamed. His name is renowned as Guru Padmasambhava. If he could be invited, the kingdom of Tibet Would certainly be transformed into the white Dharma. Thus, I did as in a dream. That my kingdom may be transformed into Dharma, May your compassion and means be awakened in your heart. In response to this request, I advised as follows: First, in a place for establishing the foundation of the teachings, Build many supports for body, speech, and mind. Then, teach many Tibetan children reading and arithmetic. Send them to India to translate the Dharma. I, with the Buddha's words and the lineage holders', Treatises, all the Dharmas composed, Like all the streams flowing into the ocean, Even if you understand them in your heart, do not readily proclaim them, If the scholars and accomplished ones of the noble land translate the Dharma, All lineage holders will have faith, and the foundation will be firm. Having disguised the Buddha in human form, With the glorious activity of taming those to be tamed, Invite the great Abbot Bodhisattva, It is also necessary to establish the foundation of the Buddha's teachings. Having said this, the king requested as follows: Can that Abbot be invited? If he can be invited, to whom should the message be sent? Is there an opportunity for him to come to this land? Please, great master, give a prophecy. Then, throughout all of Tibet, Generally taught the Secret Mantra Vajrayana, Especially the teachings of the Great Perfection, In all the earth caves, rock caves, empty valleys, Filled with those who abandoned this life and focused on essential practice, All the mountains and valleys were filled with Siddhas, finally, When the future age of five degenerations arrives, Due to the broken vows of teachers and disciples, the bridge of lineage is severed, Two-thirds of the general blessings of the Dharma will vanish, No matter how much one practices, there will be no signs of accomplishment. Therefore, hide the Dharmas as treasures, I myself will enter a human body and come to reveal them. After teaching many fortunate disciples, Immeasurable benefit for beings will arise, thus spoke, All the places of Tibet were filled with treasures. Also prophesied the future events to come. You are the mudra mother (ཕྱག་རྒྱ་མོ, phyag rgya mo) for accomplishing the Wisdom Vajrakila, Tshogyal (མཚོ་རྒྱལ, Tshogyal), you are the actual embodiment of the wheel of increase. May the treasures obtain indestructible, inexhaustible increase!
