ས་ཀྱིས་ལེགས་པར་བརྟགས་ལགས་སམ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བློན་པོའི་ཁྱད་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཁྱད་པར་སོ་སོ་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ལ་བརྟགས་ཤིང་བསྐོས་སམ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། ཇི་སྐད་དུ་འཆར་བྱེད་ཀྱི་མདོ་ལས་འཚལ་ཟ་གུས་པ་དང་ནུས་པ་དང་ཤེས་པ་བརྟགས་ནས་ལེགས་པར་བསྐོས་ཤིང་དེ་དག་ལ་ཚུལ་དང་མཐུན་པའི་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱེད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་དང་བཟློག་པའི་ཉེས་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་གསུངས་པ་ལྟ་བུའོ། །དེ་དག་མ་མཁྱེན་པར་ནི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཞན་ལ་ཕན་པའི་ཐབས་སོ། །དཔའ་ཞིང་ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པའི་བཀའ་ནན་གྱིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྙིང་སྟོབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས་བློན་པོའི་ཁྱད་པར་བསྐོས་པས་རྒྱལ་ཕྲན་རྣམས་ལེགས་པར་བསྒྲུབས་སམ་ཞེས་པའོ། །ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཡང་བསམ་པ་བཟང་སྟེ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་འགྱུར་བས་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་མཛེས་པ་མཆིས་ལགས་སམ་ཞེས་པའོ། །བློ་གཏད་པར་མི་འོས་པའི་ཚལ་ཟ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་བློ་གཏད་པ་ནི་ཉེས་པ་ཡིན་པས། ཐུགས་རྗེ་བག་མེད་པར་མི་མནལ་གྲང་ཞེས་བྱ་བའོ། །ཆོས་ནི་དགེ་བ་བསྒྲུབ་པའོ། །བདེ་བ་ནི་དེའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཀྱི་འབྱོར་པའོ། །སྲིད་ནི་འབངས་རྣམས་མ་འཁྲུག་པའི་བཀའ་བསྒོས་པས་ཉན་པའོ། །དེ་གསུམ་མཐུན་ལགས་སམ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྟེ་རྫོགས་པར་ཡོད་དམ་ཞེས་པའོ། །བདག་གི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་སྟོབས་གྱིས་ཚེར་མ་བཅད་པའི་དགྲ་རྣམས་ལས་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་གྱུར་ཞིང་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན་ཏམ་ཞེས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་བརྟེན་ཅིང་ལྟ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་བདག་བྱའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཡང་མིའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་བརྟེན་ཅིང་ལྟ་སྟེ་ལྟོས་པ་དང་བཅས་པའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་ བའོ། །ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན་ཁྱོད་ནི་མགྲོན་ལ་དགའ་ཞིང་ཡོན་ཏན་འདོད་ཅེས་སྨོས་ཏེ་དེའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །འདི་ལྟར་གྱུར་པ་ངེས་པར་གོམས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཞེས་སྨོས་པ་སྟེ་ཡོན་ཏན་ལ་དགའ་ཞིང་མགྲོན་རྣམས་སྦྱིན་པའི་ཞིང་འགྲུས་པ་ཡང་སྔོན་གོམས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའོ། །འབངས་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཚུལ་འཛིན་པ། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་རང་གི་ཡོན་ཏན་ངང་གིས་གནས་ཞེས་སྦྱར་རོ། །དེའི་དོན་ནི་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ཀྱི་བདེ་བ་ལ་བརྐམ་པས་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་བཟུང་བ་མ་ཡིན་གྱི། །གཞན་ལ་ཕན་པའི་ཕྱིར་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་བཟུང་བས་ཁྱོད་ནི་ཡོན་ཏན་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཡིན་ན། ཇི་ལྟར་དྲང་སྲོང་མཉམ་གཞག་དཀའ་ཐུབ་འབད་པ་བཞིན་ཏེ་འཇིག་རྟེན་པའི་དང་སྲོང་སེམས་བྱམས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་མཉམ་པར་འཇོག་ཅིང་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་འབད་པ་ནི་ཡོན་ཏན་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཡིན་པས་ཉེ་བར་ཞི་བའོ། །རང་བཞིན་དུལ་པ་ཁྱོད་ལྷ་ལགས་ཀྱང་མོད་ཞེས

土地已经好好考察了吗？ 这句话的意思是，对于大臣的特殊之处，是否已经考察并任命了各自的特殊之处？正如《显扬经》中所说，考察了侍从的恭敬、能力和智慧后，好好地任命，并且对于那些符合规矩的侍奉供养的功德和相反的过失，广泛地宣说了。 不知道那些，是指利益他人的方法。 以勇敢且精通方法的命令，是指以勇气和智慧任命大臣的特殊之处，是否好好地治理了各个小国？ 一切时处都心怀善念，因为会变成佛法的意义，是否具有大慈悲的美好？ 对于不值得信任的侍从等信任，是过失，所以说，慈悲不要放纵，不要安睡。 佛法是成办善事。 安乐是那（善事）的受用之财富。 政治是百姓不骚乱，听从命令。 这三者和谐吗？意思是圆满具备吗？ 以我的功德之力，是否超越了斩断荆棘的敌人们，并且压制了他们？“你”等等。 伟大的国王依赖并仰仗您，意思是说，应该被调伏的国王也依赖并仰仗人间的国王，即有依赖和期待。 为什么呢？因为您喜欢客人，渴望功德，所以这样说。 像这样变成习惯的功德，是说喜欢功德，并且辛勤耕耘布施客人的福田，也是以前习惯的功德。 为了利益百姓而持有国王的行事，您的自身功德自然存在，这样连接。 它的意思是，不是因为贪图王位的安乐而持有王位，而是为了利益他人而持有王位，所以您是具有功德的人。 就像仙人平等地安住，努力苦行一样，将世间人和仙人的慈爱心等等平等地安住，并且努力于戒律等等，因为是具有功德的人，所以是寂静的。 本性调柔的您，即使是天神也可以啊。

Have you thoroughly examined the land? This means, regarding the special qualities of ministers, have you examined and appointed them to fulfill their respective special roles? As it is said in the Sutra of Manifestation, after examining the reverence, ability, and wisdom of attendants, they should be well-appointed, and the merits of serving and honoring them in accordance with the rules, as well as the faults of the opposite, are extensively taught. Not knowing those things refers to the means of benefiting others. "With courageous and skillful commands" means, have you well-governed the various small kingdoms by appointing the special qualities of ministers with courage and wisdom? In all circumstances, may your thoughts be good, and because it transforms into the meaning of Dharma, do you possess the beauty of great compassion? Entrusting trust to unworthy attendants and so on is a fault, so it is said, "May compassion not be unrestrained, may you not sleep soundly." Dharma is the accomplishment of virtue. Happiness is the wealth of its enjoyment. Politics is that the subjects do not riot, and they listen to commands. Are these three in harmony? Does it mean they are fully possessed? By the power of my qualities, have you surpassed and subdued the enemies who cut off thorns? "You" and so on. The great king relies on and looks to you, meaning that the king who should be subdued also relies on and looks to the human king, that is, there is reliance and expectation. Why? Because you delight in guests and desire merit, so it is said. Becoming accustomed to such qualities means that delighting in qualities and diligently cultivating the field of generosity to guests is also a quality of previous habit. Holding the conduct of a king for the benefit of the people, your own qualities naturally abide, connect it in this way. Its meaning is not that you hold the kingdom out of greed for the happiness of the kingdom, but because you hold the kingdom for the benefit of others, you are a person endowed with qualities. Just as a sage abides equally and strives in asceticism, equally abiding in the loving-kindness of worldly people and sages, and striving in discipline and so on, because you are a person endowed with qualities, you are peaceful. You, who are naturally gentle, could even be a god.

即是像仙人一样地显示。因此，值得称赞的功德是安乐，安乐地成办它，这就是它的意思。名为“有情罪恶的深渊”是指众生陷入罪恶，罪恶如同深渊之地一样是痛苦之境，因此不希望在那里并舍弃它，这就是它的意思。眷属是围绕或者完全享用。具有功德的国王将会获得。这是说，具有调伏、忍耐和智慧等功德，现在拥有并且先前习惯的善因，由此获得所欲求的。天王的威光是指帝释天等的财富。如果具有功德，那么血统也会极度增长，是指具有功德的种姓也适合灌顶，并且王位的延续稳固。因为前任国王之后，后任国王也会随后继承。大自在的力量是指降伏敌人等。对它的解释是从月亮的光芒等开始说的。意义的殊胜是需要的殊胜，怎样才是意义的殊胜呢？如果国王喜欢佛法，那么就说了利益和具有慈悲心的词语。我的朋友们，像痛苦的努力一样多，这是说，我们这些群体因为没有君主而痛苦，所以像他们呼唤我一样，我想我应该去他们那里。这是鹅的传记，第二十二个。四种福德所发出的功德，努力成办。加持而欢喜是指以先前福德的力量所成就的功德，今生也努力成办并修持，那凭借它的力量，一切众生都会欢喜。像那样欢喜，甚至敌人也说了等等。享用功德圆满是指自己拥有享用，并且如果具有功德的客人来临。与政治和欲望不一致是指与成办国王的政治不一致，并且与享用欲望不一致。仅仅一次的责骂，怎么能与先前所施加的利益相比呢？如果驱逐并责骂，那么先前所做的一切都不会被记住而衰退。

That is, it shows like a sage. Therefore, the qualities worthy of praise are happiness, and accomplishing it happily, that is its meaning. The so-called "abyss of sentient beings' sins" refers to sentient beings falling into sins, and sins are like the land of the abyss, which is a state of suffering. Therefore, it is not desired to be there and abandon it, that is its meaning. Retinue is surrounding or fully enjoying. A king with virtues will obtain. This means that having virtues such as taming, patience, and wisdom, possessing them now and being accustomed to the good cause from before, one obtains what one desires from this. The glory of the king of gods refers to the wealth of Indra and others. If one has virtues, then the lineage will also increase greatly, which means that the lineage with virtues is also suitable for empowerment, and the continuation of the throne is stable. Because after the former king, the latter king will also follow. The power of the great self is to subdue enemies, etc. The explanation of it starts from the light of the moon, etc. The supreme meaning is the supreme need. How is it the supreme meaning? If the king likes the Dharma, then the words of benefit and compassion are spoken. My friends, as many as painful efforts, this means that we groups are suffering because we have no ruler, so like they are calling me, I think I should go to them. This is the story of the goose, the twenty-second. The qualities emitted from the four merits are diligently accomplished. Blessed and joyful means that the qualities accomplished by the power of previous merits are also diligently accomplished and practiced in this life, and by its power, all beings will be joyful. Rejoicing like that, even the enemy said and so on. Enjoying perfect qualities means that oneself has enjoyment, and if a guest with qualities comes. Being inconsistent with politics and desires means being inconsistent with accomplishing the politics of the king, and being inconsistent with enjoying desires. Just one rebuke, how can it compare with the benefits previously given? If expelled and rebuked, then everything done before will not be remembered and will decline.
