Falsehood. Just as a king's faults are concealed by a single act of generosity. In order to attain near peace, one will be extremely respectful. Those with wisdom do not steal (another's) wisdom, do not entrust their fate to others, and are steadfast. As the noble Nagarjuna said in the Precious Garland. The special thing is to make the mind fully ripen. Flourishing in a great order means perfecting one's own Buddha Dharma. Or, because beings are fully protected, they flourish, that is, they attain well-being. Truly, its cause is the same as before, both. The elimination of all harm means that there is no harm inside or out. Having various virtues means the wealth of body and enjoyment. The one with perfect excellence is the king. The name does not match the meaning. The name "Yaksa" means giving harm to others, taking away splendor, etc., but because there is no such power, it is thought that the name is not true to its meaning. From what is it extremely difficult to be liberated, is to be combined with the Rakshasa who eats human flesh and fat. Even what kind (of beings) are difficult to liberate? It refers to being protected by mantra or reciting mantra. (Performing) asceticism refers to guarding precepts and fasting, etc. Well-being is the difference of being completely protected. That is the protection of non-humans. The protection of humans refers to friends, etc. Those are not the power of others, one's own power is courage and fearlessness. Where is it difficult to be liberated? In the extremely quiet and deep forest, which is also a terrifying place, that is, even if there are other people's causes and one's own reasons. Great well-being means becoming the most excellent king through mantra and all asceticism. Completely suppressing means overwhelming others. One's own king's power is like that, which means it is obtained through one's own greatness, which means it is obtained through the specialty of accumulating merit in the past. That is the army's loving-kindness, which means that loving-kindness is that loving-kindness itself prevents enemies from appearing, so blocking the enemy's army is loving-kindness to all sentient beings, this is its definition.

English
For example, it is like saying, "Completely protecting the Victorious One with the power of loving-kindness." So, does that king not have an army, chariots, and so on? The answer is, "The army with bright banners is just armor," meaning that although there is an army led by banners and victory banners, it is only for show and is not needed to subdue enemies. That is, "Not being angry, not speaking harsh words, being good at guarding," means that there is no need to be strict because of harsh thoughts and actions, but to prevent others from doing evil with loving bodily and verbal actions. If you dig there, you will understand the king's merits more broadly, combine it in this way. How do you know? Because the subjects have good qualities, it can be inferred from this that the king's merits can be understood. The merits of the subjects are that people like their own religion, abide in noble behavior, and so on. Speaking of merits means that after hearing from others, one wants to see, and after seeing and carefully observing, it will definitely appear. "Undiminished conduct, lotus eyes," this is an address to the king. Even without compassion, if you cannot kill the other person, your efforts will become meaningless. If you can kill, even if you are accustomed to doing things that are beneficial to yourself, what difficulty is there in that? It's as difficult as killing. These show the harms encountered when obtaining food, and in order to show the faults of the result, it is said, "Without compassion, not peaceful," and so on. The suffering of treatment is deliberately caused. Very good means that it is of great significance, because it depends on the lives of other beings, and on the other hand, it also depends on one's own rapid attainment of great Bodhi. The gods do not not know these things, meaning that they know the intention with which they are asking, so they should not be given. What intention? Because those things that are harmful to beings, those things make the Yakshas happy, and because harming the king will also harm others, that is why they are asking, not just asking the king. In order to clarify the meaning of it: "Warrior, protected by your power, the world cannot bear to be devoured by ghosts," that's it.
