That which increases. Please reveal to me the supreme medicine, Kamtsa. After this prayer, the powerful deity spoke: Listen, son of the mountain, great glorious one. Destroyer of diseases, increaser of intelligence, treasure of virtues. The supreme medicine, Malakamguni (藏文：མ་ལ་ཀཱཾ་གུ་ནི，梵文天城体：malākāṃgunī，梵文罗马拟音：malakamguni，汉语字面意思：Malakamguni). I shall explain the method of use and its benefits. First, cleanse the body with purgatives and emetics, and on the first day, take one seed of Malakamguni (藏文：མ་ལ་ཀཱཾ་གུ་ནི，梵文天城体：malākāṃgunī，梵文罗马拟音：malakamguni，汉语字面意思：Malakamguni). On the second day, take two. Then gradually increase, adding one seed each day for seven days. From the seventh day until one month and ten days, take seven seeds each day. During this time, avoid salt in any food. This will completely eradicate mixtures of wind, bile, and phlegm, as well as all new and old hot and cold diseases. The body will become strong, majesty will increase, diseases will decrease, eyes will become clear, strength will increase, and there will be endless virtues. In particular, intelligence will bloom like a lotus flower, becoming sharp, with good memory, clear understanding, not forgetting, and good at debate, becoming the ultimate method for increasing intelligence. Furthermore, on the night when the fifteenth day of the month and Sunday coincide, light a lamp with Malakamguni (藏文：མ་ལ་ཀཱཾ་གུ་ནི，梵文天城体：malākāṃgunī，梵文罗马拟音：malakamguni，汉语字面意思：Malakamguni) oil. Cover it with a thief's skull, collect the smoke, and apply it to the eyes. Even if it is not cleaned with tears, no god, demon, or human will be able to see you. Additionally, on the Sunday after Tuesday, pour water into old, boiling Malakamguni (藏文：མ་ལ་ཀཱཾ་གུ་ནི，梵文天城体：malākāṃgunī，梵文罗马拟音：malakamguni，汉语字面意思：Malakamguni) oil. Sprinkle finely ground Malakamguni (藏文：མ་ལ་ཀཱཾ་གུ་ནི，梵文天城体：malākāṃgunī，梵文罗马拟音：malakamguni，汉语字面意思：Malakamguni) powder on top, and drip boiling milk into it. A curd-like substance will appear on the oil surface. Eat this and apply it to the heels to prevent leprosy patients from losing limbs, making the face beautiful and radiant. For twenty-one consecutive days, taking twelve drops of oil each day will completely eradicate all types of leprosy. Furthermore, on a Sunday, boil black cow's milk in a clean container. Add finely ground Malakamguni (藏文：མ་ལ་ཀཱཾ་གུ་ནི，梵文天城体：malākāṃgunī，梵文罗马拟音：malakamguni，汉语字面意思：Malakamguni) powder and use rennet to make yogurt. Churn it and boil it into butter. Mix the butter with black cow's milk and butter, and take twelve drops each day for one month and ten days. White hair and beard will turn black again. On a Tuesday, cut black cow's butter into pieces, cool it halfway, and add equal amounts of Malakamguni (藏文：མ་ལ་ཀཱཾ་གུ་ནི，梵文天城体：malākāṃgunī，梵文罗马拟音：malakamguni，汉语字面意思：Malakamguni) seeds, fine cloth, and black sesame powder. On the first day, take twelve drops, and on the second day, take a full spoonful of yogurt.
